Atmosfera tip Valentine's day in toate camerele, cu inimioare, balonase etc
Discreție totală, chiar și cele 4 locuri de parcare sunt separate prin pereți laterali si cu uși acționate individual

Curățenia a fost ok

La camera era esattamente come nelle foto, e veniva pulita ogni 2 giorni. La biancheria pulita e cambiata ogni 2 giorni.
I locali erano puliti e profumati.
Lo staff gentile e disponibile.
Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Nos llevaron muy pronto por la mañana a la estación de autobuses de Shkoder para iniciar la ruta de 2 días de Valbona a Theth y nos vinieron a buscar después de la ruta al llegar a la estación de Shkoder para llevarnos al hotel.
Al llegar después de tanto andar y el calor nos dieron dos botellas de agua frías y nos ofreció la cerveza que quisiéramos sin coste alguno.
Estamos muy agradecidos por todo!

J’ai passé un très bon moment dans cet hôtel. Le rapport qualité-prix est vraiment au rendez-vous. Le personnel est à la fois souriant, professionnel et toujours prêt à rendre service. L’emplacement est bien situé. La chambre était impeccable : très propre, bien entretenue et confortable. Je recommande sans hésitation et reviendrai avec plaisir !

Very good value for money, helpful staff, very clean

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home.

The atmosphere throughout the hotel was warm and inviting, and my room was exceptionally comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day. One of the things that stood out the most was the cleanliness of both the room and common areas. Everything was spotless and clearly well-maintained, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable.

Every detail, from the cozy bed to the thoughtful amenities, reflected a high standard of care and hospitality. I truly appreciated how peaceful and well-organized everything was.

Another big plus was the price very good and affordable, especially when compared to other hotels in the area. For the quality of the stay, it was an excellent value.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant stay. I will definitely be returning!

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Clean room. Water was free of charge. Safe backyard to put bicycles over night. Quiet area - but also a bit outside the city center (still in walking distance though)

It was possible to check-in late at night and the bed was comfy

First of all the staff was incredibly kind and helpfull. They helped us with getting a taxi for our trip to Valbona and arranged everything for us. But it was also in the little things that they did for us. Would definitely recommend!
Also the room was very beautifull, hygenic and comfortable. It's an half our walk from the city centre, which was fine for us since the hotel is located in a silent area.
