Pros:

Amazing hotel with luxury room, with very comfortable beds ,and the best city view you can find in Shkodër . The breakfast was fresh and full of options, friendly staff and always ready to help. Also the guards downstairs were very helpful with getting our suitcases from the parking till our hotel room.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was amazing.

Ottima colazione abbondante e buona disponibilità del personale che la serviva

Cons:

La tenda della camera: non oscura per niente ( opinione condivisa da altre tre camere di amici)
Rimetterei in servizio il ristorante al roof anche solo per cene leggere o brunch ( ha una posizione che è peccato non sfruttare)

This is a gorgeous hotel in the heart of Shkoder. The room was very comfortable, breakfast delicious, and a special shoutout to Amina who was so so kind.

Ottimo soggiorno!
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato 5 giorni all’Hotel Chicago a Scutari e l’esperienza è stata davvero molto positiva sotto ogni punto di vista.
Eravamo un gruppo di 12 persone, composto da 4 famiglie, e nella nostra camera quadrupla ci siamo trovati benissimo: molto spaziosa, pulita e confortevole, perfetta per il nostro soggiorno in compagnia.
La colazione è stata uno dei punti forti dell’hotel: ricchissima, varia, con proposte sia dolci che salate, e soprattutto sempre servita al tavolo con grande cura e attenzione. Ogni mattina abbiamo fatto una colazione davvero abbondante e piacevole.
Un grande apprezzamento va a tutto lo staff: dalla ragazza della reception, sempre gentilissima, sorridente e disponibile (che si occupava anche del servizio colazione), al parcheggiatore, costantemente presente, cordiale e accogliente. Tutti hanno contribuito a farci sentire a nostro agio per tutta la durata del soggiorno.
Un gesto che abbiamo davvero apprezzato è stato quello del giorno della partenza: essendo partiti molto presto, alle 6 del mattino, ci è stata preparata per ogni camera una borsa con cibo da portare via, un’attenzione rara e molto gradita.
In sintesi, un soggiorno eccellente che consigliamo vivamente a chi visita Scutari, soprattutto a gruppi o famiglie che cercano accoglienza, pulizia e tanta gentilezza.

Das Hotel ist an einer super Lage. Man ist direkt im Zentrum. Es gibt Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Hotel. Der Parkwächter hat uns sehr geholfen und ist ein total netter Typ!
Das Zimmer ist gut eingerichtet, obschon es wirklicj klein ist. Die Betten sind bequem.
Die Reception hat uns sogar ein Frühstück to go vorbereitet, weil wir am nächsten Morgen früh aus-checken mussten.

Cons:

Zimmergrösse.

My stay was incredible! The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and modern. The breakfast was amazing with so much variety of food and carefully prepared. The hotel had an amazing location. I would recommend it for sure and I will gladly be back.

The hotel was really amazing , starting for the moment I arrived the staff was friendly and was always there to help, then I was greeted by a friendly receptionist. The room was beautiful and with an amazing view, with very comfortable beds and such a clean and modern space. I really loved the hotel 100% would recommend.

A wonderful stay filled with thoughtful touches and great memories
Pros:

The trip was for our daughter’s birthday, and it was truly memorable from start to finish. She was so excited to see a big sign above the bed saying ‘Happy Birthday.’ She didn’t expect it since her birthday had been the week before our trip, which made it such a thoughtful and special surprise.
The staff were attentive, friendly, and truly went above and beyond their duties to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Everyone greeted us with a smile, which created a very welcoming and positive atmosphere. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-prepared, and the bed was especially cozy after long days of traveling.
The balcony overlooking the city was absolutely amazing and became one of our favorite parts of the stay. Every moment felt relaxing and special. Every time we visit Shkoder, this will definitely be our home away from home.

Cons:

The only downside was that we could only stay at the Chicago hotel for two nights because of our travel plans. Shkodra is my home city and truly amazing, so I would have loved to spend more time there.
