Pros:

L'emplacement est top ! Juste à deux pas de la rue principale et à proximité du point de rdv pour l'excursion vers la rivière Shala.
Très bon rapport qualité-prix :)

Cons:

Peut-être que les chambres manquent un peu d'insonorisation + les rideaux ne sont pas totalement occultants

אין מגבות נתנו לנו מגבות שכבסו אותם בעצמם לא נקיות ועדיין רטובות
ארוחת בוקר מאד גרועה ביצים קשות קרות עגבנייה ומלפפון. .
נותק החשמל ולא חזר פשוט עלוב ביותר
יש לציין שהמקום נקי יחסית
אבל לא מומלץ במקום נידח רחוק ממרכז העיר.
the place is the worst I've ever been .
the shower wad dirty not clean at all.
there was no clean towels
no hot water
now electricity for one night.
the breakfast was so poor
the oner wants us to understand that there's no towels and hot water because it's Sunday.
the thing get worse when they asked some of us not to use the shower because there's a leak the the shower

לחץ המים במקלחת היה לא טוב , סתימה במקלחת ,, ובדקתי מול הצוות כמה פעמים אפשרות ביטול והם לא נתנו תשובה עד שהגענו למלון שוב פיזית ,(היינו שם פיזית לברר כמה ימים לפני ) התקשורת עד הצ'ק אין הייתה לקויה מאוד ולאחר הצ'ק אין היה בסדר גמור, מרפסת עם נוף להרים פונה לבניין מגעיל ביותר

Pros:

Great location, nice room and very friendly staff. The parking space was right in front of the hotel. They allowed us to leave the car for a few hours after check out. Good breakfast! Tea and hot water available in the room

Pros:

Die Lage war top. Das Personal war unfassbar nett und zuvorkommend. Insbesondere der bewachte Parkplatz mit ultra nettem Parkwächter war ein Highlight. Zudem ist das Frühstück sehr zu empfehlen.

Djevojka na recepciji,predivna.
Rezervirali smo jednu noć,ali smo htjeli ostati još jednu,jer smo htjeli na izlet .
Nije bilo slobodne sobe,pa su nam ponudili genijalnu sobu puno veće kvadrature sa jakuzijem,za pristojnu cijenu.
Boravak u tom hotelu je bio odličan.
Osoblje,počev od recepcije,restorana,gospodina na parkingu....
Doručak....kao da ne postoji sutra

Great in all respects including value
Pros:

Great location and friendly and accommodating staff especially with parking and luggage handling. Breakfast was great . We were upgraded to a suite with a jacuzzi. Pity we had only one night as we didn’t have time to enjoy it . The decor is excellent. Full marks I will definitely rebook it if I visit Shkoder again .
