Buena habitación
Pros:

colchón muy confortable, contaba con climatización y el baño, bien de espacio y con todo lo necesario,

Cons:

Habitación un poco pequeña, no había ningún sitio para dejar las maletas y casi no entraban, y eso, que eran mochilas, las tuvimos que dejar en el suelo y al lado de la cama.

Se dovessi ritornare, soggiornerò sicuramente ancora lì .
Pros:

Albergo molto bello .
Stanza grande e molto bella .
Posizione ottima, inizio strada pedonale.
Personale molto gentile (tranne uno dei due parcheggiatori) ma nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene.
Non ostante fossimo davanti alla Moschea non si sentiva il canto della preghiera.
Colazione servita e non a buffet, poca scelta ma molto buona.

Cons:

Purtroppo si sentiva a volte un odore poco piacevole dal bagno.

The staff was very welcoming. The girl who served us at breakfast was very polite. There were towels missing for one person and slippers, but after we asked, they brought them to us immediately.

Cons:

The air conditioner didn’t heat properly, and the water for showering barely got warm. I wanted to make a tea, but the appliance was not clean. In the morning, there were no lights and no water to wash.

La camera era estremamente pulita e lo staff, sopratutto la ragazza che era presente alla colazione ha fatto di tutto per metterci a nostro agio sopratutto dopo l'inconveniente della colazione. La ringraziamo molto per questo.

I had an excellent stay at Hotel Chicago in Shkodër. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the service was truly above expectations. My room was very comfortable, with an exceptionally cozy bed, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was impressive.

The location is perfect — right in the city center, within the pedestrian zone, which makes exploring Shkodër easy and enjoyable.

Breakfast was delicious and included in the price, which was a great bonus. Parking was also provided, and I have to highlight the extremely friendly gentleman who manages the parking area—he was very helpful with the luggage and made the whole arrival experience even smoother.

Overall, a fantastic stay. Highly recommended!

Correcto
Pros:

Ubicación perfecta, al lado de las 4 cosas que se pueden ver en la ciudad y de la parada donde salen los tour-operadores a los paisajes cercanos. Personal muy amable, realmente se desviven porque te sientas cómodo y bien acogido. Se pueden contratar tours en recepción (en el ticket de confirmación que te entregan figura nombre del operador, podría ser distinto, en mi caso Northern Escape, furgo amarilla, me llevó a Koman).
Cama/almohadas cómodas. Baño un poco antiguo pero con espacio de ducha grande, bien aislada la evacuación del agua del plato. Limpieza correcta. Desayuno aceptable, sin alharacas. Se puede aparcar gratis en la puerta del hotel, tras una valla que levanta el señor que vigila los vehículos y ayuda con los equipajes. Decoración del hotel estilo años 20 agradable.

Cons:

Frío en el comedor al desayunar (octubre), las ventanas quizás no esten bien aisladas. Alguna manchita rebelde en sábanas y edredón.
