Abgeschirmt vom Trubel und dennoch ganz nah an allen Attraktionen
Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt im Grünen, fußläufig zu Restaurants und dem Löwenfelsen, dennoch sehr ruhig. Der Vermieter ist nett, zuverlässig und nicht aufdringlich. Alles war sauber, die große Dusche verfügt über eine Duschwand, so bleibt das Badezimmer trocken, was nicht überall in Sri Lanka üblich ist.

Pros:

Top locatie net buiten de wat drukkere straat van Sigirya. Hele mooie en nette kamer met een fijne badkamer. De eigenaar is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Super leuk om te ontbijten op de veranda van je eigen huisje.

Joli cottage
Pros:

Joli cottage situé à l’écart de la rue principale de Sigiriya. Il faudra marcher une dizaine de minute pour rejoindre la rue, dans le noir complet le soir alors pensez à prendre une frontale. La chambre est propre, avec assez d’espace, et de l’intimité que ce soit sur la terrasse, ou à la piscine. La piscine est plutôt propre, bien que tributaire du vent et de la pluie. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, avec des fruits, des crêpes locales, et des œufs.
Nous sommes idéalement situés, proche des lieux d’intérêt de Sigiriya. Le gérant de l’hôtel est très gentil.

Cons:

La douche mériterait un coup de neuf, la pression est faible et le système un peu bancal. L’étagère de douche peut tomber à tout instant.
Dommage de ne pas pouvoir payer en carte bleue..

Superbe !
Pros:

Nous sommes restés 3 nuits au sunrise cottage, l’hôte est très accueillant et serviable ainsi que sa famille. La chambre est propre et fonctionnel. La terrasse, le jardin et la piscine sont plus que nécessaire et très bien entretenue. On se croit en pleine jungle mais proche des commodités.
Les petits déjeuners (locaux et européens) sont copieux et de très bonne qualités.
Je recommande à 100%.

la camera era molto pulita e spaziosa. I proprietari sono delle persone gentilissime e sempre disponibile per ogni tua necessità. la colazione ottima. Consiglio caldamente a tutti.

Frühstück war super, wird direkt auf der Terrasse serviert.
Der kleine private Pool ist auch mega gut temperiert und kühlt schön ab.
Tolle ruhige Lage (noch viel Natur drumherum).
Der Besitzer ist sehr, sehr freundlich!

Cons:

Das einzig störende war der Baustellenlärm ab ca. 8:30 Uhr.
Aktuell werden auf dem Gelände noch zwei weitere Bungalows gebaut.
Der Lärm ist nicht übermäßig, jedoch erwähnenswert.
