The worst experience and biggest scamming i ever had! This should be 2 star hotel not 5. Such a scam so disappointed

The worst experience i ever had to live with in my life. This should be a 2 star hotel not 5 star

Cons:

Was so noisy inside, the air conditioning was so loud, the fridge was loud, the mattress was so uncomfortable i couldn’t sleep. You could hear other people talking and flashing toilets from next room.
The food in the morning they only had 1 kind of ham and 3-4 pieces of another one ham. Not a lot of healthy staff no juices

I was really happy we booked for 8 nights but for some reason we stayed 4 nights and they are happy to adjuat us again for remaining 5 days until it was non refundable.
