Style over function
Pros:

The reception area is on the first floor, accessed by a long staircase (no lift). Our room was on the second floor, up another two flights of stairs, one of which has uneven steps.
The room was very stylish but not very practical. Very little storage space and no air conditioning.

Chambre spacieuse. Très calme pour se reposer. Literie très correcte et petit déjeuner de bonne qualité. Trop de deco et de biblos, peu d’aspects pratiques (où poser les sacs par exemple). Pièce assez sombre et interrupteurs mal placés. Pas de place de parking.

This is a charming, beautifully restored hotel with very comfortable beds, great showers and very tasteful design. The owner, Sophie, even started breakfast sooner to cater to our travel needs. Highly recommend this lovely hotel

Pros:

Durchgestyltes Boutique-Hotel im Herzen der Altstadt. Exzellentes Frühstück. Schwierig könnten allenfalls die 66 Treppenstufen sein, die wir bzw. unsere Koffer bis zu unserem Zimmer benötigten. Trotzdem Höchstbewertung dank grossem Einsatz für ein ziemlich perfektes und heimeliges Design.

Pros:

Chambre très peu fonctionnelle car sol en pente, lit sur une estrade dangereuse et salle de bains minuscule avec les toilettes dedans. Dommage car le lieu est charmant.
De plus l’accès à l’hôtel est peu pratique par des escaliers exigus
