Good place to stay clean room and staff friendly and helpful
Hot water available in reception
We had no problems enjoyed our stay - think reception closes a bit early though so worth double checking if you would be arriving late

Om the receptionist was amazing ,,i don’t use google maps so she helped me by writing out names in Thai for other hotels .imwanted a 1 month stay this guest house was daily only ,,great location ,so was a bit frustrated but songkla in general doesnt do monthly stays or should I say they do but at daily rates
The hotel itself was great only thing was they didn’t do monthly stays .i just assumed they did

It was very close to the beach which id what wanted , close to restaurants and bike rental
I found three baby cockroaches 🪳 in my room and the fan outside the back of my room was very very loud there was other loud noises like air conditioning but it’s what I expect for the cheap accommodation that it is , the staff were lovely

Stairs, however with a budget like this, I'm still okay with it. Value for money.
Staff is nice, location is okay. The room size it great, AC works and the bed is really comfy
The bathroom-ceiling was full of mold, the water heater worked sometimes, every other day the water stayed cold
