J’ai tout aimé dans cet hôtel surtout les personnels ils étaient très gentils et très à l’écoute je recommande et je retournerai bientôt dans cet hôtel. Merci à vous. Il y y avait des jeunes filles qui travaillaient à la réception ils m’ont gardé mes bagages jusqu’à le soir, elles étaient très souriante. Ça me fait plaisir.

Room was messy and not cleaned at all.

Por ese precio desayunamos los siguientes días fuera del hotel mucho mejor.
No había cafe, ni leche. Sólo té.
El servicio correcto por parte de la Sra que nos atendió en el servicio del desayuno..
No limpiaron la habitación en toda la semana.
No cambiaron las toallas nunca.
Nos cambiaron de habitación porque no cerraba la puerta.
La puerta del baño , el marco estaba roto y la puerta no sé podía cerrar.
El ascensor le faltaba los embellecedores de mármol.

Location is good for Pendik
We stayed at this boutique hotel in Turkey from June 23rd to 27th, and unfortunately, our experience was far from what we expected. Here are the key issues we faced:
Broken fridge in first room: The fridge wasn’t working and it took nearly 48 hours to be replaced. We had to ask at least 5–6 times, and each time we were told, “we’ll have a look” or that it was working—completely dismissing our concerns. The staff’s attitude felt lazy and indifferent throughout.
Poor room maintenance: The ceilings were yellow from smoke stains, plugs were falling out of the walls, and the corridor rugs were visibly dirty and worn out. The place clearly lacks basic upkeep.
Smoke smell from AC: In the second room we were moved to, the AC unit frequently emitted strong cigarette smoke smells, which made the room unpleasant and unhealthy.
Safety concerns: One night, an intoxicated woman in a nearby room was banging loudly on doors for a long time. No staff intervened—I had to step in personally, which felt extremely unsafe.
Late-night maintenance: At 11 PM, hotel staff began drilling holes, disturbing our sleep. Absolutely unacceptable at that hour.
Noise disturbances: There were constant banging doors and loud noises throughout the night and early morning, making it very hard to rest.
Checkout issue: We were rushed out at 12 PM, even though our Booking.com reservation clearly stated 12:30 PM as the checkout time.
Overall, we would never return or recommend this hotel. It falls far below a 4-star standard, maybe 1 stars, and that’s being generous.
The personnel at the hotel is very kind and caring. Despite being there just one night they found me a Russian speaking attendant and did everything to make me comfortable for the night. The hotel is attended 24 hrs and they are really willing to go to an extra lenght to solve your problems.
Everything was fine. Nothing bad to say
Safe neighbourhood. Good shower and toilet. Near the water and good restaurants and public transport. Good breakfast on 5th floor

Room was dirty, hadn’t been cleaned and in the bathroom I found a razor from another guest in the shower. I didn’t want to sit or take my shoes off it was so dirty
Good for Pendik railway station stays/one night. Door locking was on card so you feel safe. Interior design is good.
Lots of hair products in the bathroom + slippers
Sockets weren’t working, power was glitching, some lanterns weren’t working.
The hotel is in a grate location close to everything the staff are very good and try to help you with all you need during you’re stay WIFI is an added which is bonus the rooms are clean and spacious with TV and satellite kettle completely coffee tea shower gel shampoo provided this is a grate hotel and will be booking again it was a pleasure to stay there big thanks to all the staff
