For basic needs, good value for money
Pros:

The room was large, with A/C. There was a strong enough light for the dresser table that you could actually see when applying makeup.

Happy to stay there again
Pros:

Good location. Good parking for motorbike. Room was fine but the most important thing, for old people like me, the place has a lift.

Clean, basic, dated hotel. Needs to have blackout curtains for some rooms, & refill water dispenser.
Pros:

The hotel was very near the national museum, and the excellent Friday and Saturday nightmarkets were right outside the hotel.

Cons:

The curtains in my room, 408, were light and white. So, the room would get very warm in the afternoon when the sun came round that side of the building. I put the aircon on maximum, but it didn't do well against the heat coming through the curtains.
The water dispenser in the foyer wasn't refilled despite me pointing this out. The staff prefer to just give out bottles of water instead of giving guests a choice to use the dispenser. Similarly, next to the dispenser was a hot water urn. But there were only two small cups for guests to use

Pros:

This hotel is very close to the bus stop, to the old town and to the ocean. The owners were very kind, giving us free water when we need and helping us to arrange some trips.
There is a working AC and the room was clean and smelt good.

Cons:

The room is a bit old and had a hole on the floor, and in the bathroom there was some mold. The price was okay with these lacks.
