Pros:

lo staff sempre disponibile e pronto ad aiutare, in particolare la signora della manutenzione ha procurato un termosifone sostitutivo quando il principale si era inceppato. Ragazzi alla reception preparati e professionali. Colazione ottima in una sala con vista sul mare.

Cons:

Nel delicato panorama delle Lofoten il palazzo dell'hotel risulta un casermone invasivo, l'errore è stato fatto dall'architetto e dal costruttore, ovviamente non dall'attuale staff ma magari si potrebbe tenere conto dell'ambiente circostante e ammortizzare un pò l'impatto con delle piante di fronte o sul tetto e una siepe al parcheggio di fronte che risulta un pò "cementificato" (faccio la landscaper : )

Pros:

La dolcezza e professionalità di tutto il personale, la colazione, la comodità dei letti, la tv collegata a netflix, la posizione, IL RISTORANTE (complimenti agli chef!!).

Cons:

Unica nota leggermente negativa il bagno. Purtroppo la doccia non era ben fissata al pavimento e quindi il bagno si allagava facilmente. Tuttavia la gentilissima signora delle pulizie ci ha sempre portato asciugamani nuovi in più che abbiamo messo vicino alla doccia per sopperire a questo problema. Inoltre, forse sarebbe da migliorare il sistema di aspirazione (del bagno) perché a volte c’era odore di fogna/umido. Piccolo consiglio per la colazione: sarebbe bello che ci fossero i tipici waffle a forma di cuore.

Parfait pour notre nuit de passage.
Pros:

Le personnel est tout particulièrement souriant et attentif. La vue sur mer de la chambre est toujours très agréable. Chambre propre et suffisamment spacieuse. Petit déjeuner complet.

Cons:

Tout est très bien. Petit bémol sur les abords très proches de l’hôtel mais le service de l’établissement compense largement.

Das Zimmer mit Meerblick war einfach super. Man sieht direkt auf den Anleger der Hurtigruten. Morgen- und Abendessen war sehr gut

Cons:

Die Betten waren etwas weich.
