The complimentary coffee and breakfast was delicious
Pros:

The location was really good, as it was less than 5 minutes away from Sringeri temple

Cons:

It is still under construction and would need some time to be completed. Additional pillows and new towels with toiletries like shampoo would be excellent.

A VERY HAPPY AND COMFORTABLE STAY AT HOSAMANE FARM INN SRINGERI
Pros:

Our choice of staying at Hosamane Farm inn was perfect. This is a really cool calm , peaceful place with great people serving including Ms.Shyla , Anand , Mahesh and the people at the restaurant.
Its a place amidst greens with lots of rubber , areca nut , coconut trees etc. Room was spacious and clean, Mattress and pillows all fresh and clean. Kettle in place, TV with major regional channels. Fresh towels and basic toiletries.
The restaurant served fresh and satisfying breakfast and meal options. Not extravagantly elaborate but thoroughly appetising.
It is about a km and little more away from main Sri Sringeri Sharada peetham Temple.
Overall a very happy and pleasing stay and we strongly recommend travellers to try this place during their visit to sringeri.

I have paid close to 20K for 3 rooms * 2 nights. Pay 1K extra and stay at Sharda Elite .
Pros:

Nothing Really . The staff at front desk was polite . All staff were polite .

Cons:

1. The approach road was junk . Upkeep of surroundings very poor. 2. Frequent electrical failures . 3. Paid Extra 3800/ for air-conditioning. Room 122 A/C never worked , on last day with much pressure . shifted to 123. 4. Food services on frugal level , quality so so 5. Lift very erratic and gets stuck 6. No hand towels in room (given paper napkins) 7. Can go on and on . 8. The staff always hovering around you for tips. 9. We are frequent travellers and with conviction , this place does not deserve 1 star.
