Nothing Really . The staff at front desk was polite . All staff were polite .
1. The approach road was junk . Upkeep of surroundings very poor. 2. Frequent electrical failures . 3. Paid Extra 3800/ for air-conditioning. Room 122 A/C never worked , on last day with much pressure . shifted to 123. 4. Food services on frugal level , quality so so 5. Lift very erratic and gets stuck 6. No hand towels in room (given paper napkins) 7. Can go on and on . 8. The staff always hovering around you for tips. 9. We are frequent travellers and with conviction , this place does not deserve 1 star.
It's located within a 6 acre arecanut and coffee plantation. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very good location. Very silent and in the middle of a farm. However, it is not far from the town also. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
The location is good and calm in addition to being quite near to the main Sri Sharada temple.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of this property. Situated inside a farm with a huge variety of fruits and trees, it is a beautiful place to stay. Rooms were maintained very well, staff was very good. Breakfast was also good. Perfect place to stay if you're in Sringeri or in the region.

Centrally located near to Main Sharda Peetham temple
When the checked in , I was told that I’ve booked a NOn AC room & they gave me that only. But I had booked a AC double room, but they argued & did not listen. This is a mal practice adopted by the hotel. Breakfast was very limited
Good location, good veg food although not much choice.
The steep road to the property is a bit scary due to slippery mud and Rolling Stones.
We had a delightful stay nestled in an Areca nut farm and just a 5-10 minute drive to Saradamma temple. Very delicious dinner and breakfast was served
