Overall, very nice
Pros:

Beautiful location, food and staff lovely, excellent and food. The room was comfortable and clean. Only negative is hotel is rather old-fashioned and could do with an update. The beds, although comfortable, sheet and blankets, no duvet.

Cons:

A bit old fashioned. The furnishing could do with updating and its the first time for a long time that I've slept in a bed with blankets, not a duvet.

Tired rooms in a beautiful location
Pros:

The view from the property is very pretty and the location was convenient for us. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a good selection for breakfast but unfortunately breakfast was only available until 9.30am which we thought was quite early to finish breakfast, particularly at the weekend.

Cons:

Rooms are bit tired, we appreciated the old style of the property, but there was paint peeling in the bathroom and the towels were all frayed. There was also no duvet on the bed, just a blanket, which I doubt is washed between guests. We felt that the room was over priced for what it was.

A very enjoyable experience, with excellent food and service.
Pros:

Exceptionally friendly and amenable staff plus an excellent restaurant with great food and nice little bar, made this a very enjoyable stay.

Cons:

The price is a little high for the room but the service made up for it. Wifi didn't have a great signal in our room.

Stunning location , lovely room and friendly staff made us feel very welcome
Pros:

All of the staff from the owner/ management to waiters were friendly and welcoming. They kindly upgraded us to a room overlooking the loch which was lovely as this was my birthday w/end. The dinner was delicious and we loved the hotel residents sitting room - felt like home from home but better than home as ours doesn't look over the stunning Loch Fyne! We ate there each night and enjoyed breakfast too and I found a perfect xmas gift in their shop. I've since found out an old friend is moving to this area so a great excuse to return to Creggans!

Cons:

Sincèrement rien. Continuez ainsi !

Setting and staff great - needs updating and money spending on hotel to warrant cost
Pros:

Location and staff were excellent. Views from bedroom were superb. Food was tasty and waitress friendly

Cons:

The furnishings in a room that was £230 a night were grim - drawers in rickety chest difficult to open, doors on the cheapest sort of wardrobe were equally bad. Extremely old fashioned and no hand shower attachment in bath to wash hair. The bar was atmosphereless and barren as really was the restaurant. Warm touches needed throughout.

Perfect location with excellent, friendly service.
Pros:

The residents lounge on the first floor overlooking Loch Fyne is lovely. All the food was delicious. The rooms are individually designed with flair.

Cons:

It's an old building with stairs which some could find a problem
