Cons:

вообще не поселили ,не увидели бронь. переселили в другой отель без воды и отопления . тепло включалось 2 через 2 . воду дали только ночью .

Тихий, чистий, доглянутий готель з турботою про гостя навіть в найменших дрібницях. Великий номер. В номері є все необхідне: від кави, чаю, чайника до зубної пасти та щітки. Безперебійне світло, тепло.

Cons:

Адміністратор в телефонній розмові приховала інформацію про вільні більш дешеві номери.

Хочу особливо подякувати за те,що на території готелю працює масажист! Тому окрім гарного відпочинку є чудова можливість підлікуватися. У Олександра дійсно золоті руки,і він є справжнім професіоналом своєї справи.Під час сеансу масажу він не тільки докладає фізичних зусиль ,а і вкладає душу у процедуру.Після його масажу у нас значно покращився психоемоційний стан та загальне самопочуття . З'явилася легкість у всьому тілі.Дуже рекомендую всім під час відпочинку скористатися нагодою сходити на масаж! Щиро дякуємо Олександру та всьому колективу готелю.
