Locatie is goed, mooi bij de watervallen van Coo

Cons:

Het is meer een café/bar waar je toevallig ook boven kan slapen. Er is ook niet echt een receptie bijvoorbeeld. Achterin is een deur naar de wc en tevens naar de kamers, die overigens behoorlijk smoezelig en stoffig zijn.

Slecht hotel, niet naartoe gaan
Pros:

Het enige positieve aan dit verblijf was de locatie.

Cons:

Bij aankomst was de hotelkamer goor. Beddengoed was niet verwisseld, schimmel in de koelkast, doucheputje liep niet door, overal haren en stof op de grond en een spinnenweb in de hoek van de kamer. Eigenaar was niet aanwezig en nam na 4 keer bellen pas op. Hij is alleen het beddengoed gaan wisselen, maar in het volgens hem nieuwe bedovertrek zaten wel 15 gaten. De dag erna is hij ook de koelkast gaan verwisselen, maar ook de nieuwe koelkast deed het niet, maar maakte wel teringherrie, waardoor we de stekker na 1 avond er al uit hebben gegooid. Ook de foto's op de website zijn misleidend. Wij hadden wel een balkon, maar niet met de goede stoelen zoals op de foto vermeld is. Ook behoort het zwembad en keukentje blijkbaar tot een apart huisje. De eigenaar beloofde steeds dingen te regelen, maar vervolgens werd het werk maar half gedaan of niet gedaan. Ook was hij erg onduidelijk wanneer de kamer werd schoongemaakt en wij nieuwe handdoeken kregen. Hij zei om de 2 dagen, maar daar werd ook niet aan gehouden en we moesten er zelf steeds naar vragen. Parkeren is ook niet gratis of 5 euro zoals vermeld, je betaalt in het plaatsje Petit Coo 12,50 per dag of 2 euro per uur.

Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal (cascade, plopsacoo,restaurants, activités extérieurs)
Les lits sont très confortables.
La vue est agréable.
Très bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Le frigo à l'air de fonctionner (lumière bruit de ventilation) mais ne fonctionne pas.
L'évier goutte légèremment au sol constamment.
Le carrelage de la salle de bain bouge devant le WC, on a peur de le casser en marchant dessus.
Insonorisation néant.
Les petites lumières au dessus des lits, pour le soir, ne fonctionnent pas

Niet op orde en geen tegemoetkoming, wel een nette kamer.
Pros:

De kamer was mooi en netjes op het oog, wel merkten we verschillende mankementen op, maar dat heeft ons verblijf niet beïnvloed.

Cons:

We moesten 90 minuten wachten voor onze kamer klaar was, schijnbaar was er personeel niet komen opdagen en het leek alsof ze niet op ons hadden gerekend.. We zouden drankjes op kosten van het huis krijgen voor het lange wachten, maar die heb ik gewoon moeten afrekenen. Geen zwembad gezien, die stond wel bij de booking.com advertentie. Ook in de ochtend was er niemand rond de afgesproken tijd voor het ontbijt. Dit keer had personeel zich ziekgemeld. Na enkele telefoontjes en wederom 90 minuten later als gepland konden we ontbijten. Het aangevraagde derde bed stond niet klaar na het klaarmaken van onze kamer.
