Dissatisfied
Pros:

Just the view. I paid this property for $650.00 for 4 people occupancy. The pull out bed for 4 pax was broken. The pull out bed on top was too soft like a water bed not safe to sleep in. My sis fell from the bed due to not secured to be used. My 4 pax wasn’t able to spend time due to accommodation was not provided. I left 5 days early because the bed aren’t available for 4 pax which I paid. I reported it to the owner but didn’t do anything to resolve the problem. I need refund again on those 5 days. I checked in Jan 26 to Feb 5. But, because of all those issues we checked out Feb 1, 2024 instead. Please help me to refund my money and let me know how to resolve this. Thanks

Pros:

That it’s located to the places I wanted to visit in Tagaytay

Cons:

That the electric sockets are limited(there is only 1 that works and the rest isn’t ifni remember it correctly), there is no electric stove to cook, the beds is not comfortable-needs to change the beds i guess.
