Paid and didn’t stay!
Pros:

The flight was late so I arrived late. There was no one there. I found the number of the Hotel manager who promised me on the phone that he will send me a refund for 375 shekel that I paid for the Hotel but did not stay there. I had to look for another hotel in the middle of the night and paid another 480 shekel
I never received the refund,!

Cons:

The flight arrival was beyond my control. I did not stay at that hotel that night they should make an exception and refund my money as they promised but no! No refund paid and didn’t stay
