Sauberkeit der Toilette.
Sauberkeit der Decke im Bett.

Un bon endroit bien situé mais il ne faut pas être pointilleux !
Pros:

L’hôtel est bien placé (commerce, et arrêt de bus à proximité, proche de la plage et à 20 min en voiture de la gare de Pise)
Le personnel est très accueillant et parle Français. Le petit déjeuner est bon avec du choix.
La chambre et les accès étaient propres et entretenus.
La chambre était bien équipée (commode, armoire petit réfrigérateur chaise bureau, climatisation)
La literie était confortable
Le parking privé a l’extérieur est très appréciable
Bon rapport qualité prix

Cons:

Le mobilier est vieillissant et de manière générale l’hôtel mériterait un rajeunissement et des mesures d’insonorisation car c’est un peu bruyant le couloir raisonne beaucoup.
La climatisation était vraiment pas propre.
