Nothing just the location was little convenient
Overall poor service and pathetic behaviour from management. They will loot you in every possible Way and act like cheap market sellers trying to convince you with every fault they had made
When your check in time is your checkout time. Really impressed.

It was on the way. There is a restaurant and supermarket close by. There is airco in the room.
There is no ventilation in the room and when opening the window it smelled and in front of the window there was an air duct which was making noise all night long. Even with the window closed you could hear the air duct all night long (a good thing about it is that you couldn't even hear the airco as the sound from the ducts was so loud). All other rooms were apparently booked. We asked for more bedlinnen because the ones on the bed already had hair on them. There were ants and other bugs in the room. The ventilation in the bathroom turns off when no one is using the room because of which the room stays very humid causing fungus.
All the facilities are really good. Room is clean.
The staff are really bad. Had a bad experience with Arnold the night receptionist. Other than that one person that made my experience bad everything else is really good. Management should really look into how it is maintained in the night as well as if the staff is capable to handle

Room didnt have basic things like tissue, water, shower, ac all were'nt working

Cleanliness ( Rooms and bathrooms are full of spider webs) Maintenance & safety ( an access to elevator shaft or similar from room only with a door similar to room cupboard door without any proper marking or lock).
Booked 3 rooms but only 1 room was reserved, after so much of deliberation and wasting 30 minutes of both parties they were able to provide rooms as per booking. 1 room upgraded because of lack of availability in the booked class.
