Ok for a budget stay just for the night. Carry bathroom essentials
Pros:

Highway side property ; just 18 min drive highway drive from Shreshta Bharat Bhavan parking. Tent size, AC and bed were good for a single overnight ; food at restaurant was fresh and good.

Cons:

The bathroom could be much improved; especially the bathroom fittings are a downer considering the property. Small size soap for a group of 4. The shower was weak. U need a strong one after a long day of walking at SoU. There was a certain smell the next morning..

Unity Holiday Resort is a great choice for anyone visiting Kevadia. The rooms were neat, hygienic, and comfortable. The staff provided good service and made sure our stay was smooth and hassle-free. The resort has a calm and relaxing atmosphere, ideal for families. The location is very convenient for visiting the Statue of Unity. Considering the comfort and service, the stay was definitely value for money. Would love to visit again.

Safety - as clothes were rotten by rats but hotel owner compensated the price.
Dance area - its not area but putting 2 color full lights .

Area - i was with car so all fine but bit difficult for someone who is dependent on public transport

Hotel management was not at all good, treatment was very bad, there was no cleanliness

Cons:

Have paid 24000 for 2 nights which was really not worth. Check out time was 10 am and from morning 9 am they were behind us for check out and when we packed everything and went for breakfast at 10.05 am they said breakfast is only till 10 am which was literally a very unprofessional treatment
