No es hotel, es arriendo de habitación( sin servicios básicos)

Tienen hasta la puerta de acceso con llave, no hay baños para público, sólo los de los trabajadores y tienen llave. La mujer que atiende en la mañana era super ansiosa y no estaba capacitada para atender público ya que se quejaba por cada pregunta que le haciamos(hasta si nos prestaban baño)... no es un hotel, es una hostal. Habitaciones no se asemejan a las fotos, son oscuras y con unas ventanas de 15x15. Habitaciones enanas y camas metidas apenas por el espacio. Repito, no es un hotel, es una hostal, y peor aún hasta diría que es una habitación arrendada, ya que no hay servicio de nada a toda hora. Con mi mamá llegamos y preguntabamos si tenían azúcar o para calentar agua a las 6 de la tarde y nos dijeron que la cocina estaba cerrada.. al parecer solo sirven desayuno y el resto del día el servicio de cocina está cerrado durante todo el día despues de eso. Arriendas una pieza y lo peor es que ni hervidor tiene, y otros servicios nulos.
