Nos tocó una de las primeras habitaciones se escuchaba como la gente bajaba de las escaleras durante la noche porque estaba pegada a la habitación,después hacía mucho frío lo cual prendimos las estufas eléctricas que tiene la habitación pero no calentaba nada,y el agua del baño súper fría nos dijeron que teníamos que dejar correr el agua para que se caliente estuvo 2 minutos caliente y se volvió a poner fría y no calentó más 😔

Excelente atención pero...
Pros:

Todo excelente. La amabilidad de todos los empleados es lo mejor, sobre todo del niño (no recuerdo su nombre).

Cons:

Notamos que no hay un buen aseo, ya que fueron a limpiar y nos dimos cuenta que, de bajo del teléfono, había una cápsula de muchos pasajeros detrás de nosotros. Por lo demás, muy buena ubicación y excelente atención.

Buen hotel para gente de paso

Lo central, la cercanía del terminal y de algunos bares y restaurantes. Buen desayuno, muy contundente
