The people who work here are (generally) really kind, funny and laidback. They give you tips where to eat and where to go, to make your stay even better. When something was broken in our room they immediately fixed it and the room also had a good working AC! They arranged the cab for us the next morning to the trainstation and i am sure they would like to help you with other things if needed. We only stayed for one night, but had a good experience
The morning we left there was another man at the counter and he was not very kind, but that’s okay

Note- I was there for one day but extended my stay for 3 days.

Comfortable stay and good hospitality
The room was clean and well-maintained. The location is convenient, situated not far from the city center, making it easy to access nearby attractions.
However, the air conditioner wasn’t working, and there were issues with the shower as it only provided hot water from the tap. Additionally, towels were not provided, which was inconvenient.
A couple of months ago, we chose this hotel in Varanasi after hours spent looking for accommodation on booking.com
The hotel is nice, value for money, staff are helpful and its not far from the main places to visit.
The room was clean, all the major facilities were there.
The young guy, whose family owns the property, has a pleasant way of receiving, understanding and helping his clients.
We just told him that we were foreigners and needed help arranging transport so we could visit all the major visiting places.
He was more than willing to help. He sat down with me, and within minutes, wrote down and explained the places and planned the trip for me. He explained where to go, how to go and finally arranged for an auto to take us to these places. We were very pleased that he was willing to spend so much time with us and helped us with shopping for my wife also.
I am very pleased with the customer focus the people have at this hotel, and the pleasant way of caring for customers. I wish visitors to this site can take advantage of this hotel and the helpful staff.

Only stairs were so high
The location, the hospitality, the behaviour of the owner, staff are excellent, I specially want to mention the name Dipak Ji and Aayush Ji for their cooperation in every field.
They don't have resturant, if they arrange in future that will be sonepe suhaga.
