Great property with lovely clean rooms and very helpful staff! Quiet location just off the main road with a peaceful courtyard garden. We booked an airport transfer through them which was good. They also offer tours but unfortunately we didn’t have enough time to try these! Would highly recommend staying here.
De bijzondere ingerichte kamers.
Omdat we steeds maar 1 dag bijboekten, moesten we iedere dag naar een andere kamer verhuizen.
The staff were very helpful. Rohit helped organise my sightseeing, including boat trips and a car to look around the city and in Sarnath. Dimple is an excellent barista and her double-shot cappuccinos were exactly what I needed at breakfast. Another staff member helped me find transport to the train station when Uber was taking inordinately long to locate a driver.
The laundry facility was very handy as I was visiting here as part of a longer trip. The location was somewhat mixed - I did like the peace and quiet that came from being far from the centre but it also meant driving through crowded roads to get to the centre.
The location was not ideal. To be fair, being away from the centre was one of the things that attracted me to this hotel, as it meant it would be a quiet place to retreat to in the evenings. But I did not reckon on quite how bad the traffic would be, and that it would half an hour in heavy traffic to get the 5km or so from the hotel to the ghat and temple area! The food at the restaurant was tasty but also pretty heavy - some lighter options would be nice.
Beautiful building, well kept and clean absolutely everyone is super friendly and helpful
My room 301 unfortunately had mosquitos I let the manager know but little was done to remedy the situation, if it hadn’t been for this the hotel would be a 10/10
Lovely room, good restaurant next door.
Transport back to the airport, arranged by the hotel, did not go well. To get to the ghats was a bit of a mission.
Room is not at all good.... half of the room is covered with glass (top) ...
Rain water into the room ..
The property is absolutely beautiful. The rooms were massive and very well put together. The bathroom was clean. We were provided with all the basic from towels to toiletries.
What I enjoyed the most was the outdoor restaurant which served good food. The staff was very nice, cordial and helpful.
Minor, but I found a strand of hair in my food (puri).
The property is well maintained and away from the hustle bustle of the city. It’s a quaint pretty place with great coffee (blue tokkai cart) and other amenities.
Special shout out to Rohit and Payal for their help and hospitality!
Food was good at the restaurent, however restaurent staff was not attentive during dinner, may be a rush hour. The breakfast was also good. The staff is very good, courteos and helpful.
Rooms are verys small and cramped for two poeple to stay. The towels could have been cleaner looking. The approach of the hotel was also not nice but my overall stay was good.
Strategly i saw my review automatically there however I did not write any review, that's the reason I had to edit my review and did it the way it was.
