Als wir ankamen Leider sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt. Trotz Bitte um ein ruhiges Zimmer gab es massive Bauarbeiten mit lauter Bohrmaschine, sodass an Erholung nicht zu denken war. Die Reaktion des Personals war langsam und wenig hilfreich, auch wenn später ein Upgrade angeboten wurde – da war der Schaden bereits angerichtet. Zudem war das Essen sowohl beim Frühstück als auch à la carte ungenießbar. Insgesamt entspricht das Hotel nicht den Erwartungen – keine Empfehlung.

Friendly staff. Good value for money

Cons:

So much rubbish outside - couldn't open the curtains on one side as that's all you could see. Building work going on inside the hotel so quite noisy

Comfortable and safe hotel
Pros:

A very comfortable hotel that felt safe and secure. The food we had in the restaurant in the evenings was delicious.

Cons:

There is currently construction of an addition to the hotel taking place. I could not believe that the room they put us in initially was right next to the building works. We could not open our curtains as work men would have been looking straight in and the air conditioner brought all the dust in from outside making it difficult to breathe. To the hotels credit, on our request they moved us to another room on the other side of the hotel but we should never have been in a position to ask for this in the first place, especially for the price we paid for the room. Breakfast was only average - food could have been fresher.
