Great value and service.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent, Staff was incredible. The room itself was very nice.

Cons:

The location was challenging. It was a difficult walk up hill.

Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in rientro da ladigue e prima del volo verso casa. Comodo perché a 5 min di taxi dal porto, in 5 min a piedi c’è Victoria. La nostra stanza era spaziosa e dotata di tutto il necessario. Il letto un po’ duro ma si è rivelato comodo. La colazione è stata take away perché partivamo molto presto ma lo staff ce l’ha fatta trovare in camera la sera prima. Lo staff appunto è stato molto gentile e accogliente.

Lovely Victoria Inn in Convenient Location
Pros:

Great location - easy walk to Victoria. Spacious room and bathroom. Very clean. A/C. Delicious breakfast. Friendly staff.

Cons:

A nearby dog barked all night and day for the two days we stayed. In retrospect, we should have asked the manager the first day to see if he could locate the neighbor. The poor dog was left out in torrential rains.

Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, wir konnten früher einchecken. Relativ grosses Zimmer und ein grosses Bad. Kreolisches Restaurant direkt nebenan. Keiner Balkon mit Aussicht über Victoria und den Hafen.

Cons:

Bauarbeiten direkt vor unserem Zimmer. Frühstück wird in vielen Bewertungen als sehr gut bezeichnet. Für uns war es sehr enttäuschend. 1 kleines Omelett ( vegan), etwas Toastbrot, schlechter Kaffee und 2 kleine Pfannkuchen mit Marmelade. Am 2.Tag wollten wir noch eine 2.Tasse Kaffee, aber leider gab es keinen mehr. Zusammenfassend war dann der Preis wesentlich zu hoch.

Accommodation in good location
Pros:

Location, spacious room, nice view. Good service recovery when mistakes happen. Breakfast was really good and they cooked delicious GF pancakes.

Cons:

Plug sockets are not the UK type standard as in most of the islands so we struggled to charge items. One shower head was broken, towels were marked, bed sheets had holes. AC was leaking. Basically the hotel needs TLC.

man fühlt sich hier als Gast willkommen
Pros:

Man konnte alles in Victoria zu Fuß erreichen. Das Zimmer war großzügig und das Bett sehr bequem. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Mit allen gab es immer ein nettes Gespräch. Die Aussicht auf Victoria hat uns am besten gefallen und die unmittelbare Nachbarschaft zu einem schönen historischen Restaurant möchte ich unbedingt erwähnen.
Wir können es auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Cons:

die Steigung der Straße war jedes Mal eine Herausforderung ;-)

The beautiful big room which had a lot of natural light, nice breakfast and good location

Cons:

Room could have been a little clean but was pretty good, would love a blanket in the room as it is too hot with no AC and too cold with it on

Friendly and comfortable guesthouse
Pros:

Irine and Denis were very friendly and nice. Breakfast was nice (slow service though) and the rooms were spacious, clean and had nice views. The hotel is 10min walk from the center and there are nice restaurants nearby especially Marie Antoinette. It was a pleasant stay (in general but with tricky things).

Cons:

Evening check-in was tricky as it’s self check in, although info was sent earlier. The walk from the main street is steep for those with physical difficulties. The water pressure in the bathroom wasn’t consistent throughout the day. Housekeeping should be after breakfast when guests have left not during it. There’s no elevator in this facility.

Unica nota positiva, lo staff, molto cordiale e anche la colazione era buona. la identificherei come camera da incubo!

Camera sporca e arredamento spartano. Ho dovuto mettere gli asciugamani sopra le federe perché il letto non mi è sembrato pulito. Molto rumore e sicuramente il costo è esagerato rispetto alla struttura

Tolles Zimmer mit großartigem Ausblick
Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Hilltop Boutique Hotel. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und hat uns ausgesprochen gut gefallen. Besonders schön war der tolle Blick über Victoria und auf das Meer.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, sodass man Victoria gut zu Fuß erkunden kann. Das Zimmer war komfortabel und wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt.

Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt hat uns das Hilltop Boutique Hotel sehr gut gefallen und wir würden hier jederzeit wieder übernachten.

The mattress in bedroom 1 is very hard! There was a lot of noise in bedroom 1 starting at 5 a.m.—banging against the windows (I assume from birds)—which kept us from sleeping.
