Expansive for the basic structure, wouldn’t stay there again
Pros:

The room is big

Cons:

It didn’t seem really cleaned. We saw a couple of insects and lizards inside the room. Also, we had lots of luggages to carry on without help, since the checkin was made after 18h, when the reception closes. It should be at least until 21h since there are no elevators and the stairs are steep.

Excellent service and super friendly staff
Pros:

Breakfast was ok, liked the juice and omelettes. Aircon gave issues, but they fixed it quite quickly for me. They organised everything on time for me and the communication channel was excellent. The Rocco tour was organised the day before and it was aweosome.

Cons:

The matress was a bit uncomfortable, but the room was good.

Se si gira a piedi tenere in considerazione che si trova in cima ad una ripida salita di comunque un centinaio di metri di lunghezza

Convient pour une nuit.
Pros:

Bon accueil , emplacement au centre-ville et le super restaurant Marie Antoinette juste à côté.

Cons:

Climatisation trop bruyante, environnement autour de l’hôtel trop bruyant( chiens aboyants tout la nuit)

eigentlich schönes hotel, preis-/leistung stimmt aber nicht

grosses geräumiges zimmer und badezimmer. nettes personal beim frühstück, gute lage um victoria zu erkunden.
das restaurant direkt unter dem hotel lohnt sich sehr für ein abendessen.

Cons:

leider war unser zimmer schmutzig. wir sind eigentlich nicht komplizierte personen. aber das badezimmer hatte offensichtlich noch spuren vom vorgänger… da wir ins hotel gekommen sind, nachdem die rezeption schon geschlossen hatte, mussten wir wohl oder übel in diesem zimmer übernachten. ich habe es dem rezeptionist am morgen mitgeteilt, er war zwar verständnisvoll, hat sich aber weder entschuldigt noch einen rabatt gewährt. daher hat für mich die preis-/leistung überhaupt nicht gestimmt.

Pros:

Très bon accueil, malgré une arrivée matinale pour déposer nos affaires. Taxi réservé pour 2h30 et là à l’heure. Très bon petit déjeuner (merci à Reinette et l’équipe)
