Pros:

Hommikusöök oli väga maitsev ja rikkalik. Kiitused kokale! Spaa oli mõnusalt väike ja kompaktne. Tuba ajaloohõnguline, vannituba luksuslik. Super!

Cons:

Voodis lebades oli pea kohal tunda kerget jaheda õhu liikumist.

Ok aga restorani ja hommikusöögi teenindus ei vasta üldse ootustele.
Cons:

Hommikusöögil on teenindus tohutult aeglane. Kõige lihtsamat omletti ootasime 45 min. Mõned kaaslased ei saanud üldse oma tellitud hommikusööki.

Very good hotel with great history at the heart of Viljandi.
Pros:

Great history hotel at the heart of Viljandi. Very nice staff, great big room, great tasty breakfast.

Cons:

Fire alarm during dinner and also at night!!! It a room bit confusing heating/cooling system (radiation with heat pump). An explanation at the wall or reception would help.
