As we will be carrying out renovation and refurbishment work in the ANNEXING neighboring hotel in 2024, we would like to inform our guests that there may be construction noise in the course of this. There is also a construction crane in the hotel parking lot.

Pros:

Vše bylo naprosto skvělé, umístění, čistota, vybavení. Krásná restaurace, bar, opravdu vynikající jídlo. Přístup a chování personálu k hostům naprosto přirozené, všichni usměvaví, vždy ochotní pomoci. Wellness je další kapitola - nádherné a prostorné. Absolutně není co vytknout.

La posizione centrale e comoda a tutto, gli arredi lussuosi e ricercati, lo staff molto gentile e disponibile, il cibo ottimo

Cons:

Se devo fare una piccola critica, cambierei i cuscini perché sono veramente troppo morbidì quasi inutilizzabili, anche i materassi non erano molto comodi e metterei delle tende più oscuranti perché per chi è abituato a dormire senza luce è difficile dormire la mattina con le tende predisposte dall’hotel :(

Famozní večeře začínající již v 18 hodin, 4 chody menu, které si vyberete ráno u snídaně.
Pros:

Snídaně formou bufetu, nápoje jako káva jsou servírované obsluhou. Naprosto vyhovující, mnoho sladkostí, každý si vybere, uzeniny, sýry, zelenina, pomazánky, jogurty, vaječné omelety. Různé druhy pečiva.
V nabídce velké množství koktejlů, alko i nealko, 40 druhů ginů, lahodná vína atd.
Opravdu pěkný bazén, sauny a vířivka, občerstvení v odpočívárně bylo příjemným zpestřením.

Cons:

Salátový bar byl někdy velice bohatý, jindy zase poměrně chudý na výběr jídel. Nezjistili jsme důvod. Nebylo to nic, co by narušilo náš pobyt.

Perfect combination of comfort and location
Pros:

The Hotel is super well located in the Hearth of the city and gives us very good possibilities of restaurants and transport around the area. Also super easy to reach the Ski area by bus. Also, the crew is super nice and helpful.

Cons:

I just would say that trying to include my partner in the travel and having it rejected was a bit disappointing. We tried to negotiate the inclusion of her in the booking, even with a smaller room, we were keen to pay the difference and didn't have flexibility from the hotel side, and, even understanding that there are rules and standard procedure, some flexibility also would be welcome.
