A limpeza e localização é ótima.

Cons:

Atendimento inicial não foi tão legal. Mesmo eu pagando a reserva com antecedência e por aqui pelo app através de conversar direta com os responsáveis, o recepcionista ficou duvidando de forma reiterada. O que mostra uma desorganização administrativa quanto ao meio de comunicação pelo app e no próprio hotel. No final confirmou que realmente estava quitado.

Pros:

Ao meu ver, é uma boa estadia, atende dentro do básico. Um bom café da manhã.

Cons:

Eu fui viajar sozinha e o hotel tem alguns andares e corredores, a distância da portaria, me deixou um pouco insegura, porque quem fica na portaria não consegue ter controle de todas as outras partes do Hotel. O ar condicionado funciona, mas é bem antigo, por isso mais barulhento e não gela muito.

Chuveiro elétrico queimado, só frio. Ar condicionado barulhento e enchendo o quarto de água, molhando nossa mala que estava no chão. Quarto sem blackout. Cama ruim. Decepcionante.
