Nice property with good staff but please fix places from where lizards can enter the rooms.
Pros:

The property is on a tight street which leads to the main road which has all the yummy seafood stalls and restaurants. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool. The staff was very helpful though.

Cons:

There is no lift and there were stairs all the way to the 2nd floor where we were staying. Also a LOT of lizards in our room which made sleeping difficult for us.

Stay was lovely. Everyone was very hospitable. Rooms were nice & clean. Lovely pool for relaxing.
Pros:

Breakfast was lovely. We had Sri Lankan traditional breakfast and also the English breakfast and both were cooked well. Service was also great and they were served right on time!

Pros:

Pool was good and rooma were renovated.

Cons:

Owner is very money minded and takes money for small small things. Also our room ac stopped for two consecutive nights.. breakfast is bad and not worth at all. They didn't accomodate even late check-out option.

Tranquil, peaceful and very clean
Pros:

The property is so tranquil and the staff are so nice. Definitely a hidden gem in Weligama. Perfect location as 10 minute walk to main area and a few minutes walk to beach. Loved our room so clean and big. Breakfast was such a nice bonus and so yummy. The pool is perfect size to cool off. Loved our stay

Great peaceful location. Very friendly
Pros:

Little quiet oasis in good location. Few minutes walk to beach and great fish restaurants. Pool good size and refreshing. Lovely garden to chill in. Room spacious. Good breakfast

Great value - excellent Villa
Pros:

Great Room, pool, everything as described.

Cons:

We had mosquitos often in the bedroom, It would be great setup a mosquito net in the bathroom, I suspect they came from the openings there.

Der Pool und Garten ist super schön und gemütlich. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer und Badezimmer sehr groß. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert super

Cons:

Es war alles großartig bis auf die Kakerlaken im Badezimmer... Und die Badezimmertür lässt sich von außen nicht schließen also können sie auch ins Zimmer kommen 🙈 Das Internet war auch nicht so besonders gut... Aber mit unserer SIM mit genügend GB ist das für den Privatgebrauch kein Problem.

Pros:

Very nice , spacious room . Beautiful garden with the pool , location is really good - very close to the surfing spots but a bit further from the noisy main street . I was alone there ( female ) but I was not afraid to walk back in the evening .

Cons:

A/C very loud and it was impossible to set up night mode .
A lot of spider nets above the shower - but the ceiling was super high so it’s kind of fine …
