Die Kommunikation mit dem Hotel ist extrem schlecht und unzuverlässig.
Cons:

Das Hotel wurde von uns im Vorfeld direkt bei der Buchung bezahlt. Bei Ankunft wurden wir dann erneut zur Zahlung gebeten, weil ja das Geld angeblich noch nicht auf deren Konto eingegangen sei. Wir hatten natürlich einen Nachweis der Zahlung von Booking.com. Trotzdem wurde uns nicht geglaubt und angeblich wäre das Paypal konto von dem Hotel garnicht bei Booking.com hinterlegt. Wir hatten keine Wahl und bezahlten die Unterkunft erneut. Nun versuchen wir das Hotel seit fast 2 Wochen zu erreichen. Niemand geht ans Telefon und unsere Mails werden einfach ignoriert. Wir werden rechtliche Schritte einleiten.

Wir raten DRINGEND von diesem Hotel ab.

Really cozy and well designed and comfortable, the guy who was taking care of the property was really nice and helpful. I strongly recommend it.

A hotel with distinct identity and life
Pros:

The staff was terrific, incredibly friendly and helpful They took the time to explain everything that we needed, as well as stay flexible on our requests.
The rooms are gorgeous. This was the first hotel where every room has a personality and positive feeling, as well as a homely and cosy environment. Colors are like out of the city Marakesh.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that I stayed only one night because of my business trip. Wish I could stay longer and enjoy it more.
