Pros:

Wonderful, well equipped and comfortable cabin in the charming town of Winthrop. We relaxed on the deck which had well maintained hot tub, overlooking river. Location perfect for walks and exploring the area and access to the North Cascades park. We would definitely book again and hope to return.

Cons:

Wish I had booked for a longer stay!

The stay was wonderful. The cost is hard and wasn't able to stay our whole trip due to price.
Pros:

The cabin feel of the rooms, the cleanliness of the room and the fact it has a little kitchen area. The property is on the river, and the walk down to the river is beautiful. So close to town and the staff is very kind, and helpful.

Cons:

I know that you always hear the cost. However, think about from our side. My friends and family come to town yearly, There is no discount or benefit to being a returning customer. Todays economy is hitting everyone hard, it would be nice to give your returning customers a break. Just saying.

Pros:

We love the location and could walk to everything in town. The hosts were very responsive when we showed up after office hours. Instructions were clear and simple. The cabin is charming and the hot tub is a blessing after a long day of hiking!

Mistakes made in adjusting my initial reservation
Pros:

The cozy cabins are really nice and charming. The resort has a lot of the old west character

Cons:

The property itself is fine. But I did not get the room I was supposed to get. I paid for cabin WITH Hot Tub. I did not get one. I called booking.com twice before arriving to confirm correct reservation. This appears to be a problem on booking.com end. Miscommunication between resort, myself and Booking.com. Not happy

Spacious, modern and clean cabin with full kitchen, laundry facilities, and a deck with a hot tub
Pros:

The cabins are located within walking distance of downtown shops and restaurants in a cute western-themed town. Our cabin was very large, well air conditioned (we had control of the settings when necessary), and clean. It had a large open kitchen/dining area/living room and high glass windows looking out onto the back deck, the woods and the river below. There was also a hot tub on the deck as well as chairs and a picnic table with seats. The master bedroom was on the main floor with a bathroom nearby. We were delighted to discover a washer and dryer there with detergent. The bed was comfortable. Upstairs there is a bedroom with two twin beds and then a larger bed on the loft over the living room. A curtain can be drawn to separate this bedroom from the stairs, but I don't think there was a curtain on the balcony side overlooking the outdoor glass windows. We didn't use this bedroom, but I suspect it has a bit less privacy and gets more light than the others do. There is an additional bathroom upstairs. Staff were great at reaching out to me to ensure I could access the cabin no matter what time we arrived in the evening, and to answer questions via email about the laundry facilities.

Cons:

Everything was perfect and we have no complaints. I'd stay here again. I guess my only concern was that our back deck was connected to the back deck of the cabin next to us (great for families renting two cabins, but not so much for folks not wanting neighbors walking over uninvited). If we had curtains on the back windows this wouldn't have mattered as much.
Guests should note that they are expected to run the dishes, wash the towels, and take the garbage to the on-site dumpster before leaving. This wasn't a big deal, but some folks may not read the small print and there is a fine if you don't do these things.

Great setting, close to central Winthrop I honestly got a way better experience than I expected.
Pros:

Great setting near the river, very cozy and the hot tub was a huge plus.

Cons:

I wish the kitchen worked a bit better.
