Best Hotel in Surabaya
Pros:

This is The Best Hotel for short or longer visits in Surabaya, location hotel is just 30 min (when traffic is not to busy), from Juanda International Airport Surabaya.
Very clean, super friendly staff, food is delicious, rooms are very clean, overall no negative comments.
When we are back in Surabaya, definitely we will book again at this amazing Hotel.

Cons:

Location of the hotel is just on the corner just of a very busy traffic light and railway road... and that cause a lot of delay when ordering a local Taxi or when you want to go out.

Cons:

L environnement est très bruyant et les chambres sont très mal insonorisées.
Belle piscine mais aucun transat pour en profiter.
Resto fermé, nous sommes allés au bar de l hotel: service ultra long (même au regard du standard local) et plein de choses manquantes sur la carte.

Excellent staff.
Pros:

The staff were outstanding. So helpful, friendly and welcoming. We had a very early start the morning after our stay and staff organised a wakeup call, our breakfast and a taxi back to the airport which was ready and waiting for us when we walked into reception. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

When we booked our accommodation, it was listed as close to the airport. It was a 25 minute drive. This was a little frustrating as we were on a tight turn around to be on a flight the next morning.

Cons:

You can hear noises from the room next door even if they don’t speak loudly. Connecting doors on all superior twin room except for smoking rooms (according to the receptionists) -could be worst if there were guests on the connecting room.

I don’t recommend the Hotel for family with small children.

A lot free things that we didn’t expect, staff was very friendly, rooms were clean, food had its variety. There was a pool on the 9th floor but we didn’t use it. Overall solid for the money
