Pros:

Staff were super friendly and accomodating especially the Egyptian male I can't recall his name,, Suite was extremely spacious and perfect for a family. Close to Yas Waterworld. Rhea was so kind and the kids loved her.

Lost our money for nothing

Cons:

We booked there to get tickets for the parks, on that day the Yas waterworld park was closed and we only had swimming clothes, we couldn't go anywhere else. They refused to change our vouchers for a later date, told us to contact Yas concierge and we had the same reply, none was helpful. We lost our money in a stay which was not enjoyable at all for us and our kids. It could have been resolved just changing the date of the ticket vouchers to a later date but that was the lame support we had after so many phone calls and emails.
