Accoglienza incredibile , situato all’inizio della via principale di questo splendido paesino con una vista mozzafiato, affascinante e rilassante. Consiglio a tutti di pernottare ad adelboden invece di altri paesini piu famosi e confusionari, non vorreste piu andare via.Staff super gentile nonostante il mio inglese sia di basso livello. Stanza confortevole e pulitissima, la colazione è vasta, il ristorante è squisito e le cameriere sono bellissime

Great kids facilities mixed experience with staff in restaurant.
Pros:

Great kids facilities. Nice pool. Amazing views. On the day we arrived the female young receptionist was amazing and so welcoming.

Cons:

The young male server with bandaged hand was very rude during diner service when I simply asked if a window seat was possible he sniggered they’re all reserved even though I too had a dinner reservation. The staff service was mixed some excellent some just rude. At breakfast food ran out wasn’t readily replenished.

Impeccabile, best in Adelboden
Pros:

La struttura è la più bella del paese.
Lo standard è più alto di un semplice tre stelle.
Il team sempre sorridente ed efficiente.
La colazione ottima e avere lo snack il pomeriggio è un plus da considerare.
Le camere sono ampie e la vista sulle montagne non ha eguali.

Cons:

Piscina e zona relax molto grandi e ben organizzate, potrebbero essere migliorate ma a quel punto significherebbe raggiungere la perfezione.

Cons:

Chambre 202 top. Cependant, sortie d l’air du restaurant appondu à la chambre ( bruit et odeurs de friture).

Très mauvaise expérience pour confirmer la réservation au restaurant avec une employée non respectueuse et qui évite les réponses, suite à cela , on a décidé d’annuler le restaurant du soir et manger dans un autre restaurant .

Bel hôtel, bien placé, dans un cadre de rêve
Pros:

Personnel très souriant et bienveillant. J’ai retrouvé une petite bouteille de champagne devant ma porte le jour de mon anniversaire, avec une petite carte, c’était très touchant !

Cons:

Nous avions une chambre côte village, sur la rue et c’était très bruyant

Uns hat einfach alles gefallen - es ist ein super Hotel.
Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und bietet eine grosse Auswahl.
Die Zimmer sind schön, sauber und gepflegt.
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal.
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
