einfach Fantastisch
Pros:

Uns hat einfach alles gefallen - es ist ein super Hotel.
Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und bietet eine grosse Auswahl.
Die Zimmer sind schön, sauber und gepflegt.
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal.
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

The hotel generally was lovely, excellent room staff friendly and helpful, went out of their way to help us with equipment _chargers, location where to visit, very welcoming in the dining room and food with a spectacular view.

Probably the best place to stay in Adelboden. We loved it.
Pros:

A lovely hotel in a prime position. The facilities are excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. It has a games room and a good swimming pool.

Cons:

The food generally was excellent but the main courses at dinner were hit and miss. Some dry fish one night and a very strange raclette set up another night.

Absolutely Loved The Hotel And The Staff
Pros:

It was a lovely hotel in a perfect location - just minutes walk from the bus station. The view from the dining room is totally amazing - a wall of windows looking out over the valley. Just a wow moment.

The hotel is well maintained. Loved the bed, loved the bathroom. My room #109 had a fantastic wrap around balcony looking out over the valley.

We had breakfast and dinner. Both were excellent, with good variety for dinner every day. My family loved the salad bar that starts the dinner.

My son was really sick on the 2nd day in the hotel (we think he caught an infection while hiking). We were supposed to leave that day, but it was impossible. The hotel staff went beyond the call of duty to find and schedule a doctor for him, and extend our stay at the hotel. They even helped guide us to the doctors office. It was truly excellent service. It continued with the other staff; cleaning and waitresses. They were so sympathetic and helpful. We felt so supported.

If you are going to Adelboden I think it is the best hotel in Adelboden.
