Everything about Park RESIDENCY is mind blowing. Gesture, atmosphere, staffs, cleanliness, food.. I would recommend everyone to go abd stay there..
Nothing at all
Worst ever experience. Staff don't know what is valid IDs. Asked for visa, OCI card for Indian passport holders. Didn't accept digital ID or a physical UK driving license as an ID.
Very rude staff 😒 dont know how to talk to guests, specially ladies.
Entry denied even with valid IDs.
In breakfast spread, each one of the food items was well prepared and to the taste. Just wished, they would have expanded the items in live counter.

Cleanliness and location
AC was not working properly. Even after I changed my room the AC was not working in the new room also.
Loved the location, the cleanliness and the staff. They were very helpful in making sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. They helped to find us a reliable cab for sightseeing.
Bathrooms need updating. The breakfast needs a variety of different fruits and dishes.
The hotel is in a very good location, clean and comfortable.The front desk was courteous and very helpful. The staff in the restaurant and house keeping section were very polite and helpful. The complementary breakfast was awesome.. Room services were decent. I booked a room for three persons for myself, my wife and daughter through booking.com and later extended for another two days on personal request. The hotel provided me a double bedded room with an attached sitting room with sofa cum bed. There were other facilities like fridge, wardrobe, micro oven, locker,TVs, cooler, reading table, small tables for dining, tea maker, free Wi-Fi etc. though we didnot use all. The security at the entrance also extended all required help while checking in and checking out and was very well mannered.My wife and my daughter also enjoyed their stay in this hotel.You will love this hotel.Value for money.
