إقامة رائعة بكل المقاييس؛ الفندق نظيف وهادئ، وطاقم الاستقبال محترف ومتعاون، والمطعم ممتاز، والموقع مميز. تجربة جميلة وسأ

كانت إقامتي في فندق جولدن بالخبر رائعة جدًا. أعجبني مستوى النظافة في الغرف والمرافق، والهدوء الذي وفر لي راحة واسترخاء طوال فترة الإقامة. كما كان طاقم الاستقبال محترفًا جدًا، ومتعاونًا وبشوشًا في التعامل.

المطعم كان مميزًا، والأطعمة لذيذة ومتنوعة، أما موقع الفندق فهو ممتاز وقريب من الأماكن المهمة، مما جعل التنقل سهلًا ومريحًا.

غيرت حجزي لسويت وكان ضيق مره واللون كئيب ومغبر والاثاث متهالك وقديم وكله بقع ووساخه والحمام بعد حتى المناشف متقطعه وغرفة النوم مغبره حتى الاركان فيها عصير او شاي منكب ويابس ودولاب الملابس طاح علينا بابه علي انا وولدي الصغير لكن الحمدلله قدرنا نمسكه قبل يتسبب لنا باضرار كبيره والشاشه مشوشه مو صافيه والتليفون مايشتغل واذا ابي اتواصل مع الاستقبال لازم اتصل من جوالي وكذا مره اكلمهم يقولون العامل بيجي يسويه ويسحبون والمكوى متقطعه اسلاكه اول ماشبكت الفيش احتر وخفت ينفجر فيني الميزان متعطل وحاطينه ديكور !! عموماً من اسوء التجارب اتمنى مقابل الفلوس اللي تاخذونها تجددون المكان وتهتمون اكثر
