The location was good.

Cons:

We booked a room for four people, expecting everything to be preoared accordingly. However, when we arrived there was only one double bed ready. When we called the reception to adress this issue they seemed very disorganized. We had to call multille times before they even picked up and to get some kind of solution.
To address the bed issue, the staff opened the sofa bed, but it could only fit one person comfortaby. When we requested extra bed they said we would have to pay extra, which was very unconvinient since none of these were mentioned during the booking process.
The room was not equipped for four.
And one last major issue is that there isn't enough parking space. The hotel is pretty lagre but parking space can't fit enough cars and this also caused some inconviniences for us.

I’m very disappointed with our overall stay in this hotel.
1.The pillow is very uncomfortable to sleep with.
2.No extra towels and if you want your towels to be changed the charge is 20 Gel.No house keeping service ,the room wasn’t cleaned and for 2 nights stay they only provided 1 shampoo and 1 shower gel.
3.No slippers were provided .
4.The coffee pot was not cleaned and had mald and fungus in it(refer to photos).That was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen.
5.Card payment isn’t available,we had to use the machine to deposit the money into account which isn’t easy,if not the receptionist we wouldn’t be bel to do so by ourselves.
6.Price is way too much for such a horrible experience.Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

furnished apartment with everything you need.
comfortable bed and good quality sheets. Hot water and bathroom are perfect.

Cons:

lamp was broken, flipflops missed, fridge is now working well, TV quality can be better. first floor so you cant open curtains, no balcony.

Pros:

Both the room and the apartment as a whole were good and new. Everything was good for the price. However, it should be noted that: the lights in the room were very low, there was no barrier in the room to set foot in the winter, the heating was very low and we got cold, the water in the pool in the neighboring building was very cold and we could not use it.

Pros:

Modern and comfortable apartotel near Didveli and Cristal ski lifts. Excellent restaurant with evening entertainment. We will definitely come back!
