Pros:

I never stayed here as the property manager asked me to pay half price on Whatsapp for booking confirmation and only then it is confirmed, what is the point for me to book through this platform then?

No lift, so for anyone staying on 2nd or 3rd floor has to go by stairs. That is specially difficult for elderly person or anyone with knee problem.
