Nice owners made us feel welcome & a good nights stay.
Pros:

The owner, Nick & his other half were great to meet & were very accommodating as we didn’t arrive until 11pm the night we arrived. The room we were in was great & brilliant value. It was nicely decorated, clean & comfortable.

Pros:

The check in was easy, hosts friendly and helpful and they even saved us a space to park. The rooms were clean tidy and plenty of space. Would highly recommend the Delamere when visiting Blackpool for a short visit.

Great choice for those on a budget
Pros:

Whilst a little bit tired, this property offered good value for money. We went to the Lytham festival on the Saturday night and The Delamere was an ideal and affordable place for us to bed down. The bed was comfortable and the shower lovely and warm. Parking was tricky but we used the car park at the football stadium about a 5 minute walk away. There were plenty of spaces there at a reasonable price. Taxis in and out of Lytham were also not expensive.

Great value for money stay
Pros:

Lovely welcoming and friendly hosts, out room was really clean and super comfy beds!! Location is great. There’s even a little bar! Would definitely stay again :)

The room was nicely decorated, lovely and clean.
Plenty of room for a family... shower / bathroom nice size.
Owners were lovely and friendly, very welcoming.

Tea, coffee facilities in the room.

There is free parking on the street if you are lucky enough to grab a spot

Cons:

Only downfall is no breakfast is served, or it would have been 100% stay
