Pros:

hotel stuff was excellent, thank you much!

There was a problem with the faucet in the bathroom; the water in the shower was very hot and couldn't be adjusted.

Fijn verbijf om vanuit het hotel de Mahabodhitempel te bezoeken.
Pros:

De locatie is dicht bij de Mahabodhitempel en heeft een hele prettige entree. Het eten is prima. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De airportshuttle was heel fijn.

Cons:

Het uitzicht vanuit de kamer is niet prettig.

Excellent Hotel. Front desk manager Devash was excellent
Pros:

The manager Devash was excellent. We booked 3 rooms for 4 adults and 2 kids and after we paid the full amount and checked in we realised the rooms are really big. Devash was really happy to accommodate my request to cancel 1 room and put us in 2 rooms. And processed the refund. Best customer service. Excellent breakfast as well. Nice Thai restaurant nearby. Bodhgaya is walking distance.
