Pros:

I always like to stay here when I’m travelling . The staff at the reception is super nice and welcoming. The rooms are spotless and the beds are so comfortable ! 5 stars 🌟 in Botosani -at Belvedere !

Receptia la hotel s,a facut cu amabilitate ,acces la parcare cam anevoios .
Locul de amplasare central ,a creat un spirit potrivit ambiantei de la hotel,care m-a dus cu gandul la perioada medievala.
Un hotel frumos ,o locatie selecta .
La masa nu am nimerit o zi speciala ,nu am fost multumita de preparate ,dar personalul amabil .
Fiind duminica ,am avut parte de putina odihna deoarece era un eveniment jos .

Pessima esperienza
Cons:

Abbiamo soggiornato al Belvedere Hotel durante le vacanze di Natale e purtroppo la nostra esperienza è stata piuttosto deludente. Durante la notte il riscaldamento non era acceso e, nonostante il freddo, i proprietari non lo attivavano nelle ore notturne. Questo ha reso il soggiorno molto scomodo, soprattutto perché avevamo segnalato il problema più volte — e l’ultima notte, dopo le nostre lamentele, abbiamo avuto l’impressione che il riscaldamento non fosse stato acceso di proposito.

Inoltre, dal bagno proveniva costantemente un cattivo odore dalle tubature, che rendeva la stanza poco piacevole e aumentava il disagio.

Un altro problema importante è stato il fatto che avevamo pagato per la colazione, ma nessuno ci aveva informati che durante il periodo natalizio non sarebbe stata disponibile. Lo abbiamo scoperto solo chiedendo, e questo ci è sembrato molto scorretto e poco professionale.

L’ultima notte si è anche svolta una festa privata all’interno dell’hotel e la musica era estremamente alta fino a tardi. Non siamo riusciti a dormire a causa del rumore.

Nel complesso siamo rimasti davvero delusi dalla mancanza di comfort, comunicazione e attenzione verso gli ospiti, soprattutto durante quello che avrebbe dovuto essere un soggiorno natalizio rilassante.
