Pros:

I can't recommend Red Thread enough! The property itself is beautiful with a lovely aesthetic, but the staff is the real highlight here. Rohit, Abhishek, Tushar, and Manish were absolutely fantastic throughout our stay. From the warm welcome to the prompt service, they handled everything with professionalism and care. It’s rare to find a team this attentive. Thank you for a memorable trip!

Pros:

The stay was excellent and very well maintained. The place has a luxurious feel, and the rooms were exceptionally clean. The balcony was nice too, though there was a bit of traffic noise, which made it a little hard to sit peacefully at night, not really a con, just a small thing. Other than that, everything was amazing.

Pros:

Propeety is quite at the center near dolphin circle so to go anywhere was a breeze .
Ac in one of the rooms stop working and they couldnt solve the issue nor did they change the room saying we dont have any room and didnt even offer compensation for the same .
And on the last day before checkout the hot water stopped working for which also they didn't have any clue on what time will it get fixed .
Staff was very good and cooperative but couldn't fix the issue at hand .

Will again stay here
Pros:

Very well maintained property with good electricity backup. The room and washrooms are clean. Staff is cordial. The pool is just open until 6pm

Cons:

A little away from the beach finding a taxi is time consuming

Expensive for what you got. There are better hotels for less.
Pros:

The pros for this hotel is its location. 5 +mins walk into Calangute. So very little noise, pleasant and peaceful. The staff were very helpful.

Cons:

The hotel was expensive and our package didn't include breakfast which is disappointing considering cheaper alternative such as Flora Residency, 15 mins walk into Calangute was cheaper and provided a full breakfast spread. We booked two double rooms. One of which was small and they refused to change it to a bigger. both rooms had tiled flooring and very dirty. This wasn't a problem but if you've got kids, beware.
