The room has a fully equipped wardrobe, making it easy to retrieve items neatly, which feels very convenient and organized.
I was very impressed by the attention to detail in maintaining the room. Coming back after a long day and finding everything clean, organized, and fresh was such a pleasant experience. The towels had a lovely fresh scent, the bed was always comfortable with clean sheets, and the entire room felt peaceful and inviting. These thoughtful touches made me feel appreciated as a guest and added a warm, personal feeling to my stay.
I was pleasantly surprised by how much the lighting contributed to the overall experience. The soft ambient lights throughout the hotel created a stylish yet relaxing environment that felt welcoming from the moment I walked in. The atmosphere was calm and comfortable without feeling dark or overly bright. It is a perfect example of how small design choices can have a big impact and make guests feel instantly at home.
I really appreciated the kindness of the reception staff. They remembered my name and always greeted me with a warm smile every day. It made me feel more like a valued guest than just another visitor. Those small gestures created such a welcoming atmosphere and made me look forward to coming back to the hotel after a long day of exploring the city.
Location was good
The restroom was dirty,. If you enjoy creepy crawlers in the middle of the night you’re in for a treat. On the first night opened the toilet seat cover there was a roach hanging out on the seat. Second night there was a centipede crawling around the restroom floor. There was no air ventilation in the restroom either. Not knock them for the geckos in the room making noises all night since that’s pretty common in the area. But overall the stay was pretty terrible. I would not stay at this hotel or recommend them.

Kamer was ruim
De eerste kamer was opmerkelijk verwaarloosd. Eén bad had geen afvoer wat wel hoorde. Dan denk je hoe kunnen ze dat pas net ontdekken. Een gat in de vitrage. Zeer weinig personeel. Twee bij receptie en dat is het. Problemen met warm water. Soms wel en soms niet.

The best location, clean, comfortable bed
No hot water, there was 4 steps but staff did not care how I was struggled to bring my luggages, my mum and dad (83 years old) was tried hard to go up and down that 4 steps.

The king room I stayed in has a large oval bathtub, and plenty of hot water. However you need to shower IN the bath but there is no place to hang the shower head. A separate shower cubicle would be a good improvement.
Nice rooftop restaurant with great food.
