Excellent hotel and lovely staff, David’s service was fantastic would stay again.
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location for exploring Cartagena, clean and comfortable.
Staff were welcoming and friendly, they also gave us a later checkout. Breakfast was buffet style with lots of choices.

Buenos alrededores, resto mediocre
Pros:

Lo mejor la ubicación, los alrededores con mucha vida y muy cerca del puerto

Cons:

Nos alojaron en una habitación doble de uso individual a dos personas, con toallas solo para una persona.
Además la reserva que hicimos fue con vistas a la ciudad y teníamos a un metro un edificio en obras que era lo único que se veía.
Para utilizar el parking hay que meter el coche en un ascensor claustrofóbico.

Relax y comodidad
Pros:

Todo. El trato del personal increible, la habitacion muy nueva y con todos los detalles. El desayuno buffet perfecto con una gran seleccion de productos. Tiene muy buena ubicacion.

Cons:

Es una pena que con el calor que hace en Cartagena no dispongan de piscina.
Pero esto no le quita que el resto es perfecto.
