Pros:

Sin duda, el personal, tanto de recepción como del restaurante. Es lo mejor del Hotel sin ninguna duda.. estaba todo muy limpio el desayuno está muy bueno y la localización es perfecta. Se portaron muy bien con nosotros no pudimos salir a la hora del check Out porque estábamos enfermos y nos dejaron quedarnos un poco más. Si tengo que volver a Cartagena sin duda volveré allí

Cons:

Las habitaciones son un poco pequeñas, y eso que nos dieron una superior. El garaje va con ascensor es un poco incómodo

Pros:

The hotel is located in the old town near the waterfront, close to some of the old sites. It seems to have been renovated recently as everywhere, including the bedrooms, were clean and new. The staff are helpful and friendly!

Cons:

While the max daily temperature was 20 to 22C, the AC in the bedroom was not able to keep the room cool. This is likely due to the bedroom facing south - I wonder what it would be like in mid-summer.
The underground carpark is tiny and extremely difficult to manouver in.
