A fabulous hotel
Pros:

The hotel is in a great position for visiting all of the historical sites and museums and a very short walk to the port. The staff were friendly and very helpful.
The breakfast was a delight with a wide variety of fresh food and we ate there on two evenings and the food was excellent.

Cons:

Only one thing, with the tea and coffee making facilities in the room were paper cups, not quite what I would expect from a hotel of this standard.

Pros:

This was, without doubt, one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. From start to finish, our experience was fantastic. The location was brilliant, the staff were so friendly and helpful, it had great parking and our twin room was amazing. It was spacious with windows on three sides. One overlooking the square and the other two looking towards the sea. Breakfast was really good with lots of choice and eggs cooked to order. The hotel had a lovely bar and lounging area where we could relax after a long day's sightseeing. We would definitely stay at this hotel again if we went back to Cartagena.

Freundliches Personal, relativ neues Haus. Eigene Tiefgarage. Super Lage, direkt im Zentrum. Gutes Frühstück mit sehr freundlichem Personal.

Cons:

Die Tiefgarage ist extrem eng, für größere Fahrzeuge ungeeignet.

Overall, it’s a very nice hotel, but I expected more considering the price
Pros:

It was right in the center, very clean, everything was new

Cons:

No normal coffee in the room (only instant coffee)The bed only had a sheet — no duvet and it was really too cold for this.
