Five Star Stay
Pros:

Loved our entire stay, room was fab, food and drink were excellent. Lots of facilities for children and the grounds are lovely for exploring! Staff were all incredibly friendly. Little shop by the pond is great.

A very nice surprise how friendly and how at home I Felt,.
Pros:

Great breakfast very tasty, and quick service, good selection of pastries, juices, fruit, the cooked full breakfast was very good with great bacon, sausage and white and black pudding, fast service on the eggs as well as tea coffee brough to your table. I had my cousin and her two small children over for a meal and then we saw a Magician Show in the Ash Room that they had on for the young children, they were over the moon and was a great evening treat, still smiling after getting home, will be back again next year.

Bar staff were great. I arrived late and hadn't eaten dinner yet. I arrived at the restaurant to eat at 9.15pm. I was presented by Lucia with a smile and told I could order. I was then told by the restaurant staff that the kitchen was closed and could only order desert.

I went into the bar and ordered a pint. Lucia noticed and then asked me if I would like to order dinner as she checked for me and the kitchen was in fact still ok to take my order. Thanks Lucia for ensuring I had a good experience at the hotel. Top rating for her customer service. 😃 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Pros:

Location also staff was very nice specially the guy called Tom I think which gave us a little tour around the hotel to show us all the chickens and peacocks.

Cons:

Tv was very small in room rooms could be better toilets e.t.c
