We can't wait to go back!
Pros:

Fabulous place, family friendly, great staff.
Nice play area for kids, crazy golf, chickens, forest walks and swimming pool. Everything to keep 3 children entertained.

Stay was comfortable but not 5 star so doubt wr would be quick to return
Pros:

Family Room clean and spacious.. Free mini golf .. Manager in restaurant extremely nice and professional .. Great selection for breakfast buffet.. Compost and eggs a nice touch on departure

Cons:

waiting time for food.. Waiting staff disorganised.. Walks should be colour coded / signposted .. Fairy fort disappointing. Directions not clears for Bee Hive.

Great stay with kids
Pros:

Everything. The staff were great, so so kid friendly with mini golf and fabulous pool. Great massage in the Spa. Fabulous facilities. Breakfast was great. Dinner was great in the bar. 100% will stay again.

It is a lovely spot with exceptional staff and great accommodation.
Pros:

The reception staff were welcoming and helpful. They even offered to bring our luggage to our room as the lift was not functioning.

The room was excellent. We had an extremely comfortable bed and a good night's rest.

The dining areas were lovely, clean, well laid out, and the staff were very attentive to our needs. The food options were varied, and what we ordered was delicious.

Cons:

The lift was out of order. But they offered support, should we have needed it.

Pros:

Beautiful property. Very accommodating staff. Asked for help with laundry and they handled it quickly. I'd say the service here is exceptional.

Exceeded our expectations, we will definitely be back
Pros:

Impressive hotel and grounds. Kids loved seeing the chickens and gardens. The playground is a great asset. Staff all very friendly and welcoming. We would definitely go back again.

Overall good stay but chefs making breakfast should be definitely changed

Pros:

Suite was amazing. Food was excellent for breakfast and dinner in the bar. A huge bonus when booking a suite that you receive complimentary access to the thermal suite outdoor hot tub and sauna - such a nice treat!
