The staff were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to accommodate us in Healy Macs even though it was extremely busy and never once rushed us to free the table. The food was beautiful both for dinner and breakfast. I definitely will return
Lovely hotel great scenery spacious room
I didn’t like how I couldn’t see out any window there was no mini fridge in the room which wasn’t great also the tv only had 3 working channels and Netflix would not work for us? I’m not sure if our room was right above the bar or something but we stayed Friday and Saturday with my two small kids and we could not sleep due to the man singing in the bar downstairs I could hear word for word and that was very disappointing with two small kids and then on the Saturday night we were woken by children running up and down past our room shouting and messing which went on for an hour! Food was nice and the service was good but disappointed with the room and how we could hear everything going on in the bar all night when it was supposed to be a weekend away
We had a junior suit and it was well presented and very clean with plenty of room. We used the spa on the day of arrival prior to check in and the staff were very friendly and the two therapists that looked after us were excellent and we were more than ready to stat our short break after relaxing in the treatment area. We found all the staff polite and welcoming
Although busy at breakfast and particularly on Sunday morning, it was all well presented and there was no issue with any special request.
Although we enjoyed our time in the Spa it is looking rather well used and in need of some TLC, given the hotel portrays its self as having this facility we felt this and some areas in the hotel were looking worn-out/tired

Lots of areas could do with a face lift, carpets in Hall ways and stairs were tired and appeared dirty
Beautiful grounds on the hotel, the staff were so welcoming and so helpful especially in the bar the young bar man called waylon I think that was his name he was great made us some amazing cocktails. The girl taking our food order was so lovely and helpful very attentive. Rooms were gorgeous 😍 beautifully decorated and warm the shower was great too. Breakfast in the restaurant was delicious.
The pool was very cold 🥶 the restaurant wasn't open for dinner on a Sunday was a little disappointing but the bar food was good but desserts were EXTREMELY expensive nearly the same price as a dinner 🫣 11 or 12 euro we paid for one dessert and I think there was more that was more expensive.
Oisin the receptionist was so welcoming and helpful. The room was beautiful, the best we haver stayed in.
