Very comfortable and friendly place to stay.
Pros:

We arrived at about midnight on Christmas Day and were met by a cheerful receptionist who spoke perfect English. A great start. She 8was so helpful and checked us in quickly and booked us a taxi for the next morning to the Parkrun.
Our rooms were enormous and the bathrooms were a good size.
Didn't experience breakfast as we were off early but it looked good.
Overall a very nice stay.

Cons:

Honestly there was not anything that was bad. Maybe tea/coffee making facilities in the room would be good, but it's not a complaint.

Brilliant hotel. Kind staff. Super comfortable beds
Pros:

Such a great base for exploring the region. If you don’t want to spend your whole vacation in Krakow city centre then this is the place for you. Nice big rooms, comfortable bed, decent breakfast and close to Auswitz, salt mines, zakopane and only a 25 minute (on the fast train) ride into the centre of krakow.

Cons:

Nothing. We loved it.
