Neben einer sehr freundlichen Begrüßung ist der sehr persönliche Umgang hervorzuheben.
Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.
Vom Lukas gab es auch Tips für schöne Radtouren.
Frühstück und Essen im Gasthaus war top.
Hab leider nur 2 Tage gebucht, wäre gerne länger geblieben

Wir waren zu weit über Silvester im Hotel Terzer und uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen. Was besonders schön war, ist das sehr nette und zuvorkommende Personal. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und der Spa Bereich mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und preiswert und für die Hotelgäste wird immer ein Tisch bereitgestellt. Im Umkreis gibt es viel zu sehen und mit dem Auto ist alles bequem erreichbar.

Consigliatissimo.
Pros:

Hotel a conduzione familiare, comodo, ben tenuto, pulitissimo.
Colazione generosa e di buona qualità.
Ottimo anche il ristorante, con piatti saporiti, abbondanti e accompagnati da una carta dei vini ricca e interessante.

Exceptional hotel with helpful staff and great value for money in winter
Pros:

free room upgrade! very helpful staff, beautiful and convenient location, yummy food especially the pizzas, comfortable and warm room with lovely mountain view, decent breakfast and well brewed coffee, nice sauna room, good wifi. overall amazing experience!

Cons:

Restaurant gets super packed for dinner so go early to avoid long waits!
For the Brits - there's no kettle in the room but you can request hot water from the kitchen downstairs anytime. No hot breakfast but they do have boiled eggs & cold cuts and they were even nice enough to warm up my porridge every morning. overall I was very satisfied.
