My trip to dharamshala was beautiful as I stayed in such a beautiful property, and the staff of that property is very friendly and service is very good,I love this place,bathrooms were clean and good food ,i recommend you all should try this property and enjoy your beautiful stay in hotel devdat resort.
Situated at a very good location close to Kharota, the room had a great garden view followed by mountain view at a reasonable price. Courteous staff, professional in their field with prompt service and good hospitality. Really enjoyed the stay and would recommend it.

Loved the hospitality of the staff… food was very good… all our needs were politely catered…the location is beautiful… rooms were neat and clean… service was quick as well. Huge parking space
I liked Nothing about the place. Only one person who was serving us showed some empathy.
The manager was rude and the room had a broken door with huge spiders in the bathroom and on the room door knob. There were cockroaches on the center table and big mosquitoes in the room. In dinner the rice was half cooked and dal had a hair inside it. When we complained about it as my mom had an upset stomach already and she could not eat the half cooked rice, there was no apology given to us instead the manager said "aapne dekh ke booking ki hai" as if we knew pre hand that they are going to serve us hair in food. We had booked a family suite for approx 6500 but at the time of payment the manager said we will have to pay 8K. He said there is some commission which we would have to pay. Nothing was written about the commission on booking.com. Only a tax of approx 750 was mentioned in a small corner. We were shocked that instead of giving us a concession and apology we infact had to pay more over and above the price which we had booked the room for. The manager did not even show any consideration towards my mother who is 83 years old and had an upset stomach and was not well. Just because they did not have business they were looting us unnecessarily.
After our trip was over, after a few days the manager started calling me again and again asking me to remove this review. I have told him clearly that I will remove the review only if he apologises to me here in this section so that everyone can see his apology and also he needs to refund my money because he has been harassing me by calling me again and again. He is simply not interested in apologising instead he is just harassing me by calling me every 2 days so that I remove this review. I want this review to be a lesson for resorts or hotels who take their customers for granted. We were all ladies with a sick super senior citizen and a child. I want to tell you Mr Manager that I have blocked you so the only way to get to me is now by apologising on this forum. I am sorry but you cannot harrass me anymore.
