Incredible stay
Pros:

The most incredible location overlooking Hiriketiya beach. Only steps away from the water and many great dining options. Really delicious and generous buffet breakfast.

Cons:

Breakfast not located at the property, but at their sister property at top of hill.

TODO! El personal un encanto, nada más llegar nos ofrecieron un coconut king. Las vistas un espectáculo, la ubicación inmejorable. El desayuno, el mejor de Sri Lanka. Todo ha sido de ensueño. Muy recomendable!!

This is the best positioned hotel in Hiriketiya but make sure you get the ocean view rooms on the upper level.
Pros:

Overlooking the beach and access to many cafes and restaurants.

Cons:

Got to be careful of the monkeys stealing things from the deck.

perfect to be close in town but struggle to sleep with the lights outside that don’t reallt turn off

It was a fantastic stay with breathtaking beach views, warm and courteous staff, and exceptional hospitality
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The view was absolutely excellent waking up and falling asleep to the beautiful beach scenery was truly special.
The staff were incredibly helpful, always smiling, and very courteous throughout our stay. A special mention to Ishan, who went above and beyond to assist us and made sure we were comfortable at all times. He was a fantastic host and really made a difference in our experience.
If we ever visit again, we will definitely choose to stay here. Highly recommended!

Pros:

Das ist eine eher einfache Unterkunft. Aber wunderschön, auch das Zimmer. Wir hatten unser Zimmer im ersten Stock mit Blick auf die Bucht. Sensationell! Das ist eher eine Backpacker Unterkunft, aber wirklich reizvoll.

Enjoyed our stay. Location and balcony was amazing. For the money that we pay to stay some things could be improved, but

Wifi only worked for one day and my allowance (10GB) expired for the remainder of my stay
Ceiling fan not useable as way too loud- thought it was going to fall out of ceiling

Fantastic location, clean and cool rooms
Pros:

The beachfront view is stunning, the only hotel in Hiriketiya with a beachfront view of the horseshoe bay. My husband and I, were able to sit on the balcony all day and take frequent dips in the ocean as and when we needed, with the accommodation being only steps away from the swimmer friendly section of the beach.

The hotel is run by a lovely family, who are welcoming happy and always able to assist with any questions that my husband and I had.

The breakfast offering was also fantastic. Whilst at a neighboring property, the walk was no longer than the distance you would walk in a typical resort hotel to get to the pool/dining area.

Cons:

Nothing - please disregard all bad reviews. I was a bit hesitant staying here after reading some less than satisfactory reviews but we were pleasantly surprised.

Fantastic location, and clean modern rooms
Pros:

The family room, is fantastic for a couple or even a family/friends. There is a view of the beach from the room in between two buildings.

Breakfast is tasty and plentiful. The owners of the hotel are cheerful and helpful to my husband and I

Excellent location. Great staff. Reasonably priced.
Pros:

Location is excellent. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast, which was up the road at a sister hotel, was great.

Cons:

The air con kept cutting out and the WiFi ran out a day too soon for one of us. Aside from that it was a great spot.
