Our stay at Charos was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and outstanding customer service. Every staff member was attentive, professional, and incredibly prompt in responding to our needs and requests, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The hotel itself is beautifully designed — every corner radiates aesthetic charm and a welcoming atmosphere. One of the highlights was the breakfast, which was not only delicious and varied but also thoughtfully prepared and presented. Considering the quality of service, comfort, and overall experience, the value for money was unbeatable. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be coming back!

The hotel has not elevator, I was on the third floor. The restaurant was on the second floor and was a good restaurant, the first day the America breakfast was great, unfortunately they did not have all the ingredients for an American breakfast on the second or third day.

The antique high quality furnishings both in our room and throughout the hotel are wonderful. Good size room.
No balcony but access to outside walkway to get fresh air. The location is a little out of the way but plenty of tricycles passing by to get a ride.
