Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.

Reservations are only accepted from adults. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21. The Moav floor can only be booked by adults. Please note that on Saturdays and the final day of Jewish holidays, check-in is after 18:00. Please note, the gym is accessible only by adults of 18 years and older.

Очень понравился подогреваемый бассейн на открытом воздухе, очень ухоженные лужайки и цветники, завтрак и ужин, тоже, были очень хороши, особенно творожная запеканка. Очень понравились пирожные к ужину, очень изобретательный кондитер. )

שאלנו למה לא מקבלים בקבוק מים בחדר ? זאת מדיניות המלון תשובה רעה !! חזרנו מ4 ימים מאילת ממלון רויאל ביץ מאותה הרשת כל יום קיבלנו 2 בקבוקי מים. זה אולי נשמע קטנוני בכל זאת שווה בדיקה לגבי הנושא במחון נבו.

מלון יפה, מקום מצוין, ספא, ניקיון, אוכל הכל ברמה גבוהה. ארוחות ערב ובוקר מגוונות ועשירות. נוף יפה מהמרפסת בחדר..התרשמנו במיוחד שכאשר התחילה מלחמה נגד איראן, נאלצנו לעזוב לילה לפני הזמן ומיד הסכימו להחזיר לנו כסף. תודה רבה על השרות ועל ההבנה.

הדבר הקטן היחיד הוא שבחדר האמבטיה אין שום ווים שאפשר לתלות עליהם מגבות. חוץ מזה הכול היה מצוין.
