Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.

Reservations are only accepted from adults. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21. The Moav floor can only be booked by adults. Please note that on Saturdays and the final day of Jewish holidays, check-in is after 18:00. Please note, the gym is accessible only by adults of 18 years and older.

Все было великолепно ! Мы не первый раз отдыхаем в этом отеле. На этот раз отмечали мой день рождения. Муж в спешке нажал на заказ в букинге и не проверил, что включён только завтрак без ужина, поэтому ужин пришлось докупать в отеле. Здесь на помощь нам пришла замечательная сотрудница отеля, администратор Ирина! Любезная, милая и приятная дама !!! Поздравив меня с днём рождения, она сделала хорошую цену на ужины для всей семьи на два дня, также вручила торжественно подарок от отеля ужин на двоих в ресторане!!! А также в последний день нашего пребывания в отеле Нево, в субботу нам разрешили остаться в одном из номеров до 8 вечера! Что делает наш отдых более полноценным и потрясающим. Но это ещё не всё, в номере меня ждал сюрприз - комплимент от отеля: бутылка вина воздушные шарики и два бокала для меня с мужем, ооочень мило!!!
Номер достаточно большой с милой обстановкой и атмосферой, в нём есть всё холодильник, фен, чайник , шлепанцы для бассейна , халаты. Матрас удобный, что очень важно, для качественного сна!!!
Еда очень вкусная и завтраки, и ужины, официанты постоянно ходят и убирают опустевшие тарелки со стола отдыхающих.
Спасибо большое Ирине от меня и всей нашей семьи, отдых в отеле Nevo был великолепный.
Обязательно снова вернёмся!!!

צוות היחס ציבור פשוט דאגו לכל פרט קטן ולחופשה מושלמת.
אירנה, קטי ועופרה, פשוט דאגו לכל דבר שהייתי צריך.

הצוות עצמו מסור, מפרגן ונותן, הארוחות מהממות, החדרים מעלפים וחדשים.
המיקום פסטורלי לכל הדעות פשוט חוויה מושלמת.

איכות החופשה לצרכן היא בראש מעייניהם של הצוות, העובדים חייכנים ושירותיים.
אני אחזור למלון הזה עוד הרבה פעמים.
פשוט חוויה אחת גדולה, ממליץ בחום!!!

Отель отличный, приятная территория, все новое, чистое. Самый удобный вход на пляж. Разнообразные и вкусные завтраки и ужины.
Мы были в различных отелях на Мёртвом море, и с уверенностью могу сказать, что этот самый лучший. Обязательно вернёмся еще.

Все прошло замечательно. Начиная с момента заселения до выезда. Приветливый персонал. Так же позвонили в номер после заселения спросили как все прошло, в номере ожидал комплемент ввиде воды и шокалада. Номер чистый видно что недавно обновили интерьер и свежий ремонт. Отличный фасилити удобные кровати очень близко идти до моря. Буквально 5 минут, есть так же дополнительный вход и выход с бассейна к морю. Заезд и выезд прошел очень быстро. Вкусная и разнообразная еда. Определенно вернемся с удовольствием🥇

Cons:

Елинственное что резало глаз в номере так это разводы на столике после того как протирали тряпкой. Все остальное было чисто и комфортно👌
