El WiFi era inestable
Lo limpio del lugar y la amabilidad de la señora Chayito. Me gustó mucho que la arquitectura es moderna y el baño tiene elementos de vidrio. Hay clóset grande.
Le talta una mesita en la habitación para poner cosas personales. La señal WiFi es algo débil.

El hotel está a unas cuadras del centro. El espacio de las habitaciones es pequeño y tranquilo. El personal fue muy amable con las dudas que teníamos.

No servía la regadera, estaba rota y le salió poca agua. No tenía agua caliente.

El hotel cuenta con un salón de eventos en la parte de atrás. Si vas en plan de descanso es mejor asegurarse que no cuente con eventos porque no vas a dormir ni descansar. El fin de semana que estuve ahí ya había música de DJ pero el grupo empezó a tocar desde las 12am hasta las 5am. El.cuarto retumbaba mucho. Hay plaga de grillos, si esta bonito el hotel sólo el problema es el rudio del salón de eventos.Si no tienen problema con eso, se pueden quedar ahí y elijan habitación con 2 camas por en 1 sola apenas duermen 2, es muy chica.

Bed was too hard, no bedside table on one side, no place to put suitcase except on floor. Coffee was a bit of a walk in the morning.

The staff were amazing. A post tropical storm came through with heavy rain and the kitchen wasn't in operation yet. The staff made sure that we had hot water for coffee and let us use the fridge to keep our purchases cool including adults drink. The location is perfect, just a few blocks from good restaurants and local stores.
There wasn't chair and table in the room. No night tables with lights but we managed. This was reported to staff on duty and they said that it would be rectified. I would definitely stay there again.
New hotel in El Fuerte with 16 rooms on one floor and large outdoor pool, close to CENTRO. Reception was very efficient. No operating restaurant yet. During Hurricane Norma, they kindly set up a coffee station for us as the streets were flooded! There is a small convenience store next door where we were able to buy pastries.parking is quite limited, but there is street parking in front.
